I'll be on a study tour led by my now-retired (anglican) bishop, his wife, and mostly clergy. From what you've said, your trip is very similar to what we've been told to expect - especially the "five miles a day" part.
From most groups the few differences are: no day off, no sit down lunch, and only 1 big store instead of daily. This allows for more time at the Holy sites in prayer.
