I remember the morning this album leaked. I was in my dorm room, hungover, but all of a sudden the headache went away. I had all the Get Well Soon mixtapes and was a huge fan of his production dating back to Beanie Sigel's "The Truth" in 2000. I had been blasting the unfinished demo version of this album for weeks on campus. Suffice to say, the album exceeded all of my expectations, and remains one of my all-time favorites. Shame you guys weren't there to experience it when it first dropped. I feel old.

Tho of course his rapping in Gorgeous and definitely No More Parties In LA stomp it, but it's impressive nonetheless, makes you wonder how it's pushed to the side in favor of the (imo inferior but still great) Jay Z remix on streaming services.
