Use of R key is typically done for mutliple marks in a single run. Going through an entire route and then when the chest appears and it asks for a victory lap, you R key out.
to consistently land angel deals, you need to spawn them naturally by skipping the first devil deal w/ no sac room; 33% on floor 3. to continue spawning them artificially, you would need to sac room every floor and probably gather some key pieces, which as happened in the video, doesn’t always happen.
In order to gain angel deal chance from Sacrifice rooms you need to have the message “You feel blessed appear” on the 3rd or 5th sacrifice in the room, in addition for Angel Deals to naturally appear you must have a devil deal appear first (unless you’re Bethany) and not take any items (not even entering it will give a 100% chance of your next deal being Angel)
It's been said in these comments a few times now, but duplicating Sacred Heart is actually quite bad since you don't get the damage multiplication twice, but do get all the downsides twice.
I’m genuinely not sure what happened to me, because I installed repentance a while ago (2 years??) and just a couple weeks ago I found r key for the first time. (It was in greed so I couldn’t afford it) I then went on to find it 3 more times, in the span of 1 MONTH!!
You could have used the credit card to enter the devil deal, still have a angel chance and get all the items for free, its not just shop items. Also what you did is that you triggered a angel room on the second floor, unfortunately that makes your chance reverse to low odds and you still have to make a devil room spawn before angel chances appear, it sucks, it feels like you are being punished for doing something thats pretty difficult to do and I have been screwed when I didnt know about it before (with maggie in my case).

Doesn't matter whether you use a Health Up pill before or after dying since it negates the -1 hp penalty of reviving equally either way.
