Infested Demolysts are the most difficult imo. With Grineer, you just strip them first then hit them with a wet paper towel. I'd go as far as saying that a base SP Jug is as difficult as a levelcap Grineer Demolisher.

Infested demolishers have the highest EHP at lvl cap.
