Bret gave bulldog , hakushi, Nash, Austin their best matches and mania 97 is the best mania match with Austin that Bret laid out but he’s overrated according to you and two guys that are extremely bitter

I would agree that as a look and as a promo, Bret wasn't good. - With that being said, Bret was involved in some of the best matches and feuds the WWF has ever seen. You think it was bad with Bret as champion? It would've been 10X worse without him! - Could you see Shawn Michaels completely carrying a match with Bulldog or Nash? Hell, Shawn took care of himself whereas Bret was ALWAYS business first, with, rather ironically, the only exception being the Montreal Screwjob.
