Hi makeda. I have a question were ancient African people vegetarian or non vegetarian? Does African spirituality teach vegetarianism?
Great question! I will make a video response on this. But here is a start of an answer: Ancient Africans lived based on their environment, some vegetarians others not based on many other factors including totems and relationships with their local environment and the animals, plants and mineral. Some did not eat plants due to their affinities with them....
