Holy Stone will send you a used drone that they tested. They sent me one and didn't see the taped FAA sticker under the arm from a previous owner. They gave me a partial refund after calling them out. Also there was no antenna.

I will be in your position very soon. Under 400.00 for potential unlimited fun I will take that. Heck if you crash an burn buy another, and you are still under a grand. Cheaper than going to Vegas. I was going to buy a thousand dollar item as my first until I researched Holy Stone. I can get three of these for the price of one. I always divide the amount of hours I have played with a toy in order to justify it. So the way I see it if I can get 40 hours that would put me at $10.00 per hour for fun. Good luck I am looking forward to more videos. These damn first world problems that we have during a Pandemic.
Just an fyi this drone is above the 250g limit.. that beeing said you cant just fly it you need a part 107 license from the faa if someone from the faa sees this vid they can actually fine you
it is over 250 grams so you must register it, but do not need license if you fly for recreational use. you need license if you get money from flying it.
Great video bro I used to have the same exact drone, I upgraded to an DJI mavic mini! I would definitely recommend the mavic mini over this drone! If you have just a lil bit more money you could get the mini and trust me the mavic mini is definitely worth your money & i also have videos on my channel you're welcome to watch them if you want thanks! 💯 And if you like what you see don't forget to comment and subscribe thanks bro!
Yes - see JHF's comment from 3 months prior to yours - you have to insert an SD card in the drone to record video and photos at the max 4K UHD resolution. What you see in this video had to be saved by transmitting the vid-file back to his smartphone via wifi, which can only handle 720p max resolution.
@@Voltomess $1000 buys a lot of features. That's about the minimum cost for a drone that has both "follow-me" and "obstacle avoidance". But taking a closer look at those capabilities, I realized that they wouldn't really work well enough for what I wanted to do. Bought the HS720E for $300, adjusted my expectations, and I'm getting really crisp 4K UHD videos, plus the drone is a blast to fly.
Why do you film yourself talking about nothing for 8 min doing absolutely nothing. And then go into the field where it gets important and mute yourself? What on earth.

I just ordered the hs 720 and when I go no further than 15 ft it losses signal and I have over 12 satellites and don’t know what the problem is ?

Did you do the compass calibration? Did you have enough satellites connected? (more than seven minimum).

Tony Kitchen I haven’t had any issues with it. Works as it should, fun to fly. Use an SM card and the video is awesome. Hope you enjoy yours!
