Every body in higher excited state tries to stabilize itself. So if a body is at slightly higher energy or pressure, it moves to a lower pressure area to stabilize.

But then how it provides colder temperatures to the USA and Canada since polar vortex comes down by finding the stable low pressure zone, as low pressure area is relatively warmer, apart from the fact that it brings colder air? since on warming up air molecules expand therefore pressure will be lower.. when air cools air molecules contract and will create high pressure.. always remember high pressure is related to colder air and low pressure is related to warm air.. hope its helpful

Sir, Coriolis Effect is maximum at poles and if i go by this definition if coriolis force gives a push to the trapped air, the trapped air deflects right giving wind circulation a clockwise rotation. So, I think there is some other reason for the air to move anti clockwise rather than the Coriolis effect.

It seems important now to keep away the remaining places with natural beauty, from development. Less than 1% are conscious about our environment. Everyone finds happiness in temporary things... One should be aware of the consequences.
