Sir, I didnt get the concept of less stable and more stable Low Pressure ;i.e. why does the polar vortex shifts towards the lower lattitudes ?
And also, does polar vortex remains at the tropopause throughout the year ?

Sir, Coriolis Effect is maximum at poles and if i go by this definition if coriolis force gives a push to the trapped air, the trapped air deflects right giving wind circulation a clockwise rotation. So, I think there is some other reason for the air to move anti clockwise rather than the Coriolis effect.
Not a single factor may alone be responsible as atmospheric circulation is a dynamic process it taken into account many sub factors

Everything is relative. And as for now climate change makes sense sir. We need to address this issue by reducing our carbon footprints and which begins from our diet (switching to plant based diets) to how we move from one place to another (vehicular pollution). CO2 and Methane are biggest contributors to climate change. Just these two issue can make a hell lot of difference.

My QUESTION : sir in Polar Vortex video you explained that "due to weakening of low pressure in poles, the whole polar vortex try to shift to get more stable low pressure area"
So i want to ask:
1) Why polar vortex shift to get stabilize?
2) And where it will get more stable low pressure area? Is it between Hadley & Farrel cell?
3) Why low pressure area at pole get weakens?

Every body in higher excited state tries to stabilize itself. So if a body is at slightly higher energy or pressure, it moves to a lower pressure area to stabilize.
IT IS PHENOMENON OF COLD AIR CIRCULATION IN CERTAIN POLAR(NORTH) REGIONS OR RANGES ,WHICH GETS DESTABILIZED THROUGH JET STREAMS OR TEMPERATURE CHANGES OR DISTURBED CONDITIONS,IT MOVES TOWARDS SOUTH ..POLAR HAS HIGH PRESSURES MOVES TOWARDS SUB REGIONS WHICH IS ATTRACTED BY LOW PRESSURE AND WHICH GET SPREAD THE COLD AIR NEAR OF LAND OR OCEAN BODIES GETS FREZON TEMP.

Sir, please clear a doubt u said, the low pressure area, in the polar vortex region tries to find a suitable region of low pressure, so after the weakening of the jetstream it came to the region of stable low pressure zone. But then how it provides colder temperatures to the USA and Canada since polar vortex comes down by finding the stable low pressure zone, as low pressure area is relatively warmer, apart from the fact that it brings colder air? Pl explain.
since on warming up air molecules expand therefore pressure will be lower.. when air cools air molecules contract and will create high pressure.. always remember high pressure is related to colder air and low pressure is related to warm air.. hope its helpful
