Great layout and great tour, Martin. Although you are clearly highly skilled in all aspects of railway modelling, with this video I've come to truly appreciate the excellence of your weathering on both rolling stock and structures. Thank you for all your hard work and the knowledge and inspiration you have given me. Cheers from Wisconsin!

I saw your layout often but now I realized how much fun those kayakers might have going down the waterfall and right through one of those pipes - very scary 😯🙂

Good evening sir this is Victor from New Jersey how are you? First I'd like to say you are truly an artist. Your detail is second if not none one maybe. Did you do modeling of any type or screen stage sets for a living or anything like that? As I'm saying this you have cotton coming out of a smoke stack that looks so real and you're just incredible sir I'm not blowing smoke up your behind either I mean it. What I'm trying to say a+hope you have a lovely holiday you your family significant other pets D all of the above. Have you ever been to that HO scale layout in Germany that has the airport and multiple countries America Europe it has Rome France the guy never missed a beat on this one I'm sure you've seen it curious if you've ever been there in person and that man would hire you if you're looking for a side job I bet enough about you sir well done thank you for your time

Thank you for the kind words! No, I’m just another Model Railroader. Electronics engineer really. Been working with defence electronics and similar. Since 4 years full time TH-camr instead. Ahh. You like the cotton smoke? Yeah, it turned out pretty good. It’ssimple but effectful. Again.. A big thank you for your positive feedback. A Merry Christmas to you!

Would you consider doing a more indepth video on the automatic controls and the system you use. You mentioned rocrail and having manual control. Would be interesting to see how that all comes together.
    Hello and thanks from Boston.

Fantastisk järnväg du har! :D Och kul du har rökgeneratorer till ångloken. Vilka rökgeneratorer använder du? och vilket produktnummer? Funderat lite på att skaffa några jag med och sätta i några av mina lok!

Great video ! Just hard to see how many tracks you have and how anything is placed on your layout. So a video from a bigger distance would be nice. Keep up you good work with the videos.

  • @RobA500

An outstanding looking layout with plenty of detail. Was that a canoeist sat at the top of the waterfall just above the track with pipes going under, a very brave or totally mad sole if so.

I never thought about ash having to be removed from the engine! It’s obvious now that I’ve heard you say it, burning that much coal must create ash!

Hi Martin, I so admire your layouts! I always wanted to ask a question: How can you put ballast on maerklin rail, k and m, and avoid having the glue seeping into the rail and midconductor joinings, causing electrical failure? I tried once, and it was a disaster!

Jag sysslar inte alls med modellbygge eller modelltåg men gillar gott hantverk och DIY videor som dina - önskar dig lycka till i fortsättningen så du kan lägga upp många många fler videor.
