My MIxes started getting so much better after I stopped watching Graphs and started using my EARs - started back in the day when all there was, was a board and speakers then went in the box and lost the magic - spent years fing with plugins and technology trying to find what I thought was that lost analogue sound - then HRC set me straight - that one lesson was worth the price of admission IMHO. EARS first!

It's quite interesting that I learnt to mix my vocals on my own a few months ago (I'm really confident with them now to be honest).
