4K ✅ Bosch VP44 🔥 Timing Solenoid 🔥 Repair 🔥 How to remove ? (rusty, baked) 🔥 Diesel Fuel Pump 🔥 Fuel injection pump
As you can see the problem is in the Solenoid of the Advancer. The history of the Car is: Exhaust smokes, No Power, Engine rattles a lot (Noises), Starts and Goes but won't drive. After we determined that the problem was in the burnt solenoid. We disassembled the parts around the pump to remove only the solenoid without removing the fuel injection pump. However, the solenoid itself didn't want to come out the easy way and we decided to remove it using the "Reverse Hammer" method by welding a stud to the back of the sensor. It came out only after the 4th attempt as you can see. We then cleaned the bed and monitored the healthy solenoid.
If something makes it difficult for you with the robotic lawnmower, you can ask me in the comments, I will try to help you !!!

    Wow, that was scary.
    I have one stuck in.
I haven't broken the flanges off yet. Nice job getting it out but holy shit that sucked.
Thanks to you now I know what I'm working with.
First I'll try solvents and heat gun to break the bond.
