Why would you be able to do it CN but not dual or single? Are you saying that in CN, between the six options, there's usually one suitable for you, but you're not often enough able to do it on any given forced color? You just need to get back to basics then. Force yourself to do one color, first to use 8 moves or less, then to do it blind, then to add on, etc. You just have to make yourself. I remember about 13 years ago when CN was all the rage, a few cubers started practicing all white for a month just as a fun challenge to see how much slower it would be and how fast they could get it, to see how much time CN saves basically. I remember the biggest takeaway just being that when they went back to CN they felt like their cross skills were majorly updated after a month of forcing themselves to do scrambles they would have just passed before. Basically they felt more like they actually had six options instead of only a couple popping out.
