Oooh! I'm guessing no bevsuse there is a soecial baggage area against the last aisle (aisle 9) near the chapel space where I think you have to take your special baggage, but a LATAM gate agent might have to do something special to it....hope that helps!

Hi! It may have changed, but if you are flying LATAM business class at JFK Term. 4 you have to use the LATAM gate [6]. When we went to the Sky Priority [gate 1] we were shocked to discover this. LATAM is not an official member of the Sky Team Alliance. The good news is that you can still use the first class security line and have access to the Sky Clubs in Concourse A or B.
