Out of all his themes, this one, his RE4 merc theme, and winds of madness, I feel this one encapsulates Wesker the most as a character. I really wish they would have worked elements of it into 5's final boss music.

It really is between RE4 merc theme and Live Evil. Winds of Madness oozes too much the unhinged pollutedness of RE5's character arc story derailment.
It would have required a genius mind to realise this, and as we all know, RE5's conclusion was written for and by comic book villains.
