I love this band. Since my teenage years... they have constantly provided the soundtrack of my life. I feel like they almost write music just for me.
I know hw you feel. Been a fan since '92 and have been with me, as well as all of Dulli's other projects, through all the ups and downs of life and nursed me through many breakups ;) I feel so fortunate to have them come and play in my little mountain town where I live the past few tours. The last show on the '...Burn' tour was so great. Stellar new album, lineup and they still deliver the goods!
Most underrated band ever.
one of the best bands ever
By far and away, such an amazing band!.
Lol
I guarantee an evening watching Afghan Whigs perform will be one of the best ever
I did, and it was :)
Every track they play blows me away, over and over again. This is incredible.
America's best rock band.
Just saw these guys rock the Midpoint Music Festival in Cincinnati. Perfect set. My band recorded our CD at John Curley's studio in the 90's and while we were recording in one studio, the Whigs were in the other rehearsing for the soon to be recorded album, Black Love. Each night the two groups would hang in the lounge area, reading Playboys and smoking pot. Very cool memory.
:-) I think if the Whigs were recording Black Love in the next room I would have just given up and gone home... Bit like painting a picture and looking over and seeing Picasso painting Guernica on the next easel...
Greg's voice is so soulful. They still sounds great.
KEXP has the best live performances & Afghan Whigs sounded great.
The Yppah performance was excellent also🤙🏾
This album was meant for a live setting. One of my favorite live performances.
Absolutely one of the best bands of the 90,s Gentlemen and Black Love are still amazing....
Ran across these guys back in Idaho when I served… never stopped listening since 🤙🏾
Man, his voice is just amazing.
Like a fine wine...
This bands music should be in every house in the world.
just heard a song from this band and I'm a hooked, awesome band ...👌🏽
Music needs Afghan Whigs to be a part of it always.
Simply amazing, Dulli is aging with thunder, and continues to write meaningful, impactful trendsetting music.
This performance should be on vinyl.
Got to see them for the second time recently. Wow, what a great and fun show! A must see band. So many good songs.
Dulli is magic, what a career...
Can't watch this video enough. For almost two years, it's still incredible. :)
I'm happy to see Afghan whigs is back because i discover Twillight singers recently with two albums and i'm little bit disapointed, and the new songs here are very good.
Daaaamnn.. they're still together! good Band!
New songs lack something without Dave. Heartbreaking.
Absolute legends - seeing them in 3 days time, can't f'ing wait, haven't seen them since '98 in Seattle
Keep listening to It Kills - in a word sad but beautiful
Just got done watching David Letterman...The TV was on in the background not really paying attention, I was looking at my computer reading all my Tweets and finally this music finally smacked me in the side of my face and I was "who the hell is this playing on Dave L".
Up in it!
Super Tight Groovy !
Good sirs, please perform in manila...
The Afghan Whig album: "Gentleman" is a break up/make-up bible to sinner and saint alike.
I am glad Dulli and John are still together. Where is Rick?
Greg still kills!
Это прекрасно
always love it black
dang...we're getting old....'sigh'....
real gentleman
*gasps* Freakin amazing! Thank god music has a Dulli!
Muito bom !!!
ok ok, viva anos 90
My favorite song is basically anything by Greg Dulli. Sexiest music in the world.
Hells yeeeeeah... 😊
I love the format of these performances, it's just a shame that the sound quality is so flat and compressed by the platform. Oh, to have 16 or 20 bit FLAC available as a purchased download.
In the history of music there are various attempts at “cool” ... and then there is Greg Dulli.
But seriously, he's a member of the mafia. Right?
Jesus Christ. Mind blown.
Awsome band. Could do with another 1965 tho!
The drummer is cool and younger than the other dudes.
The Afghan Whigs, The Twilight Singers and The Gutter Twins all have one thing in common.
The mafia.
¿Te gusta la musiquita,Marianito?
hipster is not the first thing to come to mind when i hear this song. thats for sure.
the lead singer sounds a lot like Paul Stanley. hahaa awesome
John Curly !!!!!!!!!!!
Hell yeah!
Where's the Telecaster and Jazzmaster? 🤨
Love the UFO t-shirt but you seriously need McCollum to make his band function.
My sister has Dulli's sunglasses, for real, lol.
I always thought Afgan Wings.
Greg Dulli just catches it ...
You see... this is GREAT fuckin' rock n' roll from Ohio.
Alright lady, jeez
