- Before jumping more into our restoration process and other content, we thought we should introduce the real workhorse and testing platform for Project 130R. Meet "Deja" - a 1993 Acura Legend 5-speed sedan in various states of modification. She is definitely not a garage queen, but she has a solid foundation, and serves us faithfully around town or across several state lines to look at other potential rescues. We wanted to give you an in-depth look at all of the features - and flaws - the same way we would if we were inspecting a possible purchase. There are already several parts installed to test their function before a new example goes on one of the restoration cars, so Deja will see a lot more wrench time in the future. Enjoy!

I had a 1992 Legend LS Sedan with a 5 speed. I bought it used in ‘94 with 13,000 miles on it. I remember the test drive. I took it around a corner (at the encouragement of the salesman) at what I thought was too fast. It remained composed. I had very little intention of buying it before that point.

That car would’ve been a lot more unique if I had the stock cassette player or the stock CD player. Once a car starts getting parts from other cars that are not original like seats from another Acura or wheels from another Acura including engine aftermarket parts, then it loses it’s originality
Where can one procure the strut tower brace???
That was a limited run production from a few years back. We got lucky and found a brand new one for sale, we are hoping to get another batch made in the future.
