Use curl cream, hairspray, a lil gel and mousse when wet

Naa just wet them with a spray and use a bit of oil on the strands you will get nice waves

Not too wet or your hair won’t dry by the morning! I always do it while my hair is just a bit damp

How does it last 3 days for you? I had like 80 % wet hair before braiding them, slept in them But they last for like 5 Hours Max. Then there are only slight signs of wavy hair…

I think because my hair is naturally wavy my hair might just hold the waves longer. You could try adding some holding cream or curl mousse before braiding for them to last longer!

Wait, the first part is so different as what I’ve learned, after I part the strand into 3 section, i crossed them under, then I start getting the hair of the front piece first, not from the back 1:56

That part isn’t important! You could grab from either side as long as you’re braiding under

I’ll either put it in a loose bun or sleep with a bonnet on and just refresh them in the morning with water and some hair oil! ❤️

It can, it just may look less defined! I would braid on damp hair & apply a styling/curling mousse before braiding if you have straight hair and see how that works ❤️
