The view from level 31 is very nice...it should be promoted as a scenic spot to attract more people to go there see the majestic views...most of other video presenters go there with an agenda to protray Forest City as a failed Ghost Town project...you did the opposite and protray the good and hidden gem aspects of Forest City...well done and you have a good heart!!
Serene views of Tanjung Pelepas port, Singapore from the distance and the sea horizon, it's a quite laid back beaches scenery, I think in future when it's at least half occupied it will be more lively and beautiful..

How's the air from Singapore's Jurong Island refinery? The pollution is quite noticeable in the pictures. Quite a quiet and relaxing place to live. If you are having sleepless nights, counting the containers in the ports should help 😂.
Yes, the pollution at the Tuas side was quite noticeable in the video. When I was there, the winds were blowing towards Singapore direction, hence I did not get to smell the air from Jurong Island refinery
nice place to live in, but I don't know if there are shops like supermarkets and coffee shops within the city itself. I have not gone to there before. Negligible occupancy based on the lights at night. Just like Jurong west in early 1990s where nobody wants to live there but later all the vacant units were filled up.
Occupancy by ‘lights’ is somewhat ok, or marginal. Given the adverse publicity, it’s good to go. If rich Chinese would buy, bungalows are ‘hot’ properties.its far from being ‘ghost town’ as many pro-Angmo politicians or ill-intentioned folks call it. I would visit it next spring.

At the moment, there are shops and food outlets but not many. No major supermarket but there are smaller grocery shops
