And you can't convince them to unless if it's their idea. Often times they'll lie and pretend they've changed or just ignore that all the shit they did happened. Not 100% saying wilbur is doing that, but it is likely imo.

Don't be upset at yourself for having supported Wilbur, he did seem like a very nice guy on the internet. That's the danger of domestic violence: Often, no one else knows about it and therefore, no one can do anything about it. What's important is to believe and support victims of abuse when they tell their stories and to be willing to change your relationship with a person/stop supporting a person if they are revealed to be an abuser. Since you seem to very much do that, you're doing everything you can. And that is good and enough.
I just want to say how proud i am of Clem Everett as a channel for uploading this. Considering the majority of this channel was devoted to Lovejoy and W!ilbur content it must have taken a lot to change so rapidly and to that i am in utter awe. I'm an autistic person, people using his autism to justify this behaviour is absolutely disgusting. Autistic people can at times overstep boundaries and hurt people accidentally, but autistic people can recognize when they're being abusive and or intentionally hurtful. I'm honestly ashamed people can ever even think that it may be an excuse for it. An autistic abuser being autistic doesn't ever justify abuse, or even give the abuse a reason. I'm so srry this happened to Shelby, these types of situations can be incredibly traumatic and damaging, i can see the manipulation in this story clear as day. True, once you're adult you should know that's just common sense. Poor Shelby fell into "I can fix him" trap. No, that doesn't happen with adult men, they either come out right on their own effort and accord or that's just how they are. Outside forces don't really have an influence on stuff like that. So don't bother falling for "potential" or having pity when they have same arms and legs and even boast about being stronger. They're plenty capable.
I have a super close friend who bites as a sign of affection, and I can say that it is never to the point of pain. The fact that Wilbur was doing it to that point frequently and playing it off as an accident then doing it in front of friends until she screamed is so angering to hear. Just the idea of it being an "accident" and then not at other times makes it hard to believe it was ever an accident to begin with Edit: You can play bite someone without hurting them. It is common to do as a result of oral fixation. Most just don't use pressure when doing this. Wilbur doing it to a point of pain is preventable on his part. I don't get how what I said makes it seem like I'm okay with people doing it in a way to hurt others. That's like saying play fighting (like fake punching with no force) is the same as real fighting or hitting.

He always seemed a bit off to me from the start, couldn't take a joke at his expense, would go ballistic if someone made him look uncool, was full of virtue signaling performances, constantly lecturing and "educating" his peers about social issues he has no business in. His creepypasta quirkiness was early Shane Dawsonesque too. It was obvious he was putting on a "I'm a bit of a sad boy, classy, edgy old soul, dead poet society, danisnotonfire, Im14AndThisIsDeep gentleman" facade, and was a bit of a psycho in reality. Certainly didn't expect it this much though, just thought he was vain, pretentious and had a short fuse but wouldn't go through something like this to ruin his narcissistic holier-than-thou image. He doesn't even show remorse, he's sorry he got caught and that she expressed hurt, he's not sorry about causing the hurt.
The other guys in Lovejoy are blameless. They'll do something else in the future. That drummer is so bloody good you could put him into any top tier band and he'd fit right in with no problems at all.

This absolutely broke my heart. The fact that Shelby had to go through all that is just so sad and it makes me so upset. Hey, you got through the worst parts of your life. Just know even tho he is an abuser, it doesn't make you a bad person, and the happiness you had was still real. You liked good qualities, you couldn't have known about the bad ones. You are not wrong or invalid for enjoying his content years ago, you were going through a rough time and found a way to make it through, that's what matters, be proud of yourself for that, and for being able to hold him accountable, you got this
hope this helps to explain why personally respect both of them greatly: He's clearly been struggling with his mental health, this is what happens when depression and such is managed poory, it gets taken out on loved ones. If you choose to "cancel" him then you are saying that people can't charge and shouldn't try to. Support Shelby, don't ruin someone's life. This is not the time to shame Wilbur this is the time to encourage a new era of personal growth, something which he has clearly been trying to do himself. You don't have to give up on him just because of this, people should shift their perspective of him from some kind of idol to a regular person.

I kind of fell off of the wilbur train awhile back. He always seemed to be playing a character. In one of his houses (idk if it's the one he is now). during a fundy video you can tell he wasn't all the person he said it was. He had holes in the walls from hitting them out of anger. This situation really brings up the "celebrate the art not the artist." I can't support Wilbur like at all, but i probably will still listen to Lovejoy just because I enjoy the music but I probably wont be listening to his solo music. I don't know much about this person but she is so fucking brave for telling everyone. And it makes me sick that someone would abuse someone else let alone biting.

The fact that Wilbur bit her is not abusive, it's the repeated ignoring of boundaries, the purposeful hurting in a way that eventually came to punish behaviour he did not like, and the active refusal to change. It's the escalation of behaviour and disregard of your partner's health and safety. Accidentally biting someone too hard is not itself an abusive behaviour.
I have never been a Shubble viewer, but my heart goes out to her! So many women endure abuse for fear of the consequences that would come from speaking out. Shelby is so brave for sharing her experiences, and i am so happy to hear her stating the power she feels now that she is free. I never considered myself a Wilbur fan, but i have watched some of his content in the past. He is obviously a man with some serious issues that need to be addressed (and this is not an excuse for what he did). I hope Shelby's story is able to spread awareness, and that others can avoid falling into a similar situation. As someone who used to support Wilbur and lovejoy, it’s feels so disgusting to know that I supported him while this abuse was going in behind the scenes. Man, looking back there were so many clues that we missed, in lyrics like “I abuse those I love while I ostracise the ones who love me”, and like the entirety of New Boyfriend and Nice guy ballad. And his “apology” was nothing short of vile. How he in his mind believed that it would “fix” his problems I have no idea. He made it all about himself, his emotions, his thoughts when he should be taking OWNERSHIP of his actions. I very much hope he goes to therapy and learns about his fucked up actions. And Shelby, I wish nothing but the best for her. She’s brave just talking about it, let alone on the internet. She and other victims, deserved so much better and I hope the fandom/community can rally around them and give them some love.
I distinctly recall in one stream (idk if it was his own or on phils) saying how he did not like people thinking about him often or putting him on a pedestal (fair enough, me neither), but I did find it a tad odd that he said “I’m not a good person”. Biting is perfectly fine as long as it is consenting. This was not consensual, from everything they (Shelby) said it would extremely difficult not to understand he was hurting her. The fact they would yell the safe word, or have to say it several times in a day, is an indicator that he purposefully ignored her. It's not just the biting either that makes this abuse, it's what he's said and how he's acted as well. One thing I'd like to point out is with these kinds of things, the abuser cares heavily on appearances. With the "apology" and how he acted when with friends is a good example of that. For everyone outside of this, give people time to respond. Some of them quite literally could not have known, and others are reeling from the news that they aren't alone or that something happened to Shelby. Do not press Shelby nor her circle to give more information or to reply. Honestly the same thing with Wilbur's circle as well, give them time to process. Especially since there are people who run in both. It will come out when it's ready and by doing that, you are also supporting her in another way.

Adding to this video to people who think he’s changed : In his twitch chat his mods were banning people who were showing support towards Wilbur and the mods were spreading links for to support domestic abuse victims through a bot and extend support to shelby. Today though Wilbur has unmodded all his mods, got rid of the bot spreading the link and when people tried alerting twitch that he had no mods he made a burner to make mod and unban the people the mods before banned (mind you its because he wanted the money, the people the mods banned were people who were subbing during that time). All of this genuinely made me cry. I’ve followed Shelby since I was in middle school and now I’m 21. So about 8 years. I haven’t seen her content as much recently but I always supported her and as a person on the asexual spectrum I just valued her so much for speaking on it. I suspected she was dating Will at one point and I just felt happy for her because I thought she was happy. And I feel so horrible that I ever felt happy for her in those moments. I support Shelby in every way I can even if she doesn’t know me. I care about her and her happiness as a human being and I think everyone should always do that for anyone. And it’s clear Will did not feel the same way. F*** him and those who can excuse his actions.

Genuinely I can’t believe this happened, I feel so bad for Shelby!! Nearly a year ago I broke up with my abusive ex and I have hardly told anyone the true extent of the things I endured. Sometimes I still doubt and blame myself and wonder if I truly were abused or if I am simply victimizing myself, but hearing people like shubble share their stories is so validating and provides me with so much reassurance that what I went through wasn't ok and I'm not alone either. It's painful and difficult to talk about things like this but it's important. I wish nobody ever endured things like this but it makes me feel better to know I am not alone and it is ok to feel how I feel. I am really proud of shubble for sharing her story and I'm really happy she did and hope other victims can also find validation and reassurance in what she has said, I just can't believe there are some people defending Wilbur.

i had a very similar experience with an ex of mine. this is such a real issue, and idc if he genuinely thinks he's not in the wrong, he still is and didn't take any accountability for that fact in his bs apology. i stand with shelby!
I'm definitely not a phycologist but to me it just sounds like Will was depressed and taking it out on her. that doesn't excuse the fact that he was physically abusing and manipulating her though. I hope both of them get help if they need it.
as someone with bpd, i think hes also borderline. Im not going to be definite on that since i dont know him and i am very young and NOT qualified but hearing the fact he clearly didnt want to break up with her but didnt want to stay with her, so pushing her away by hurting her was a last resort, without opening up at all
The living situation that she described also seems to reflect on him as a person. He seemed to only really like the idea of her and basically use her for everything he needed/wanted. EXTREMELY selfish and cruel. I'm glad she got out.

I'm so, so sorry Shelby had to go through such an experience... A lot of hers really made me relate with a very similar abusive relationship I was in. People who say "Why don't you just leave then? The signs are all there!" don't understand how actually careful and manipulative these people are in making you believe what they are doing is actually fine and you are the problem. They do everything in their power to make you second guess yourself daily, because you yourself want to just love them and they know how to weaponize that love against you. my ex was so similar and luckily we couldn't meet in person bc we were long distance. Even Wilbur's apology reminded me of how he'll victimize himself even when he was the one who hurt me, i recognized it immediately when I saw it. It's crazy how he love bombed me and used me yet i had no clue how toxic he was being until we broke up... I've never watched Shelby's streams before but I'm proud of her for getting through this and sharing it to others to create awareness. It definitely helped me see how toxic my ex was and that i dodged a bullet.
Wilbur apology is just god awful, he did not take accountability what so ever and it was just so wrong, i always looked up to wilbur in the past, he was the main reason I got into playing Minecraft but now hearing what he’s done is just sickening, nobody deserves what he has done to his victims, shelby/shubble has been one of my favorite TH-camr for a long time and she has always been one of the sweetest person I’ve ever seen and I am just heartbroken that she has gone through this, I hope she gets all the love and support she deserves, many of other TH-camrs such as Tubbo,Ranboo,Aimsey,Punz,Dream,Sneegsnag,Seapeekay,Badboyhalo and even Billzo have pick apart Wilbur’s “apology”, as much as it saddens me to hear how she was hurt by some she trusted it also warms my heart to see how much support she is getting, and to anyone how has been in a similar situation to shelby please know your not alone and there are people that will be there to love and support.

This is so absolutely disappointing and disgusting. I never really watched Shubble but I've seen her on other peoples streams and I know for sure she didn't deserve this. Nobody does. I was a big fan of Wilbur's for like 4-5 years, he made me want to play guitar and gave me more motivation to start drawing again. I can't believe i looked up to someone like that.

My god this is disgusting, I was never a big Wilbur fan but even just knowing that I enjoyed content he had a part in disgusts me. Nothing about this behavior is okay! And it just kept getting worse! I hope she can enjoy herself on her break and i am very glad she has friends supporting her!
I immediately shut down after I heard the full story and saw him basically admit it in his "apology". As someone who has been abused in a SA and DA manner it really triggered me. I watched him since DSMP. I watched him competing in MCC. I watched his band grow. I watched his QSMP videos. Hearing these things and what she said he said. It was triggering and made me see a lot of similarities in mindset as a fellow victim. I watched Shelby FAR longer than Wilbur. She was my comfort streamer. I thought it was odd she wasn't posting as much or went dark for long periods of time. The long sleeves when she had remarked about the weather being stuffier where she lived. She was also not as bubbly but I wrote it off as, "Maybe she has a great AC? Maybe she is just not that energetic anymore? She doesn't OWE us to always be this bubbly persona." I feel so bad for her. I can't imagine how horrible it would be to be shown to other people, with the added social pressure to play it off, is a common ab×se tactic. Hurting but make it the victims fault. Convincing them THEY love them more. They were sensitive. They didn't hear it right. Random amounts of affection then withholding it. Shelby is giving him the credit he doesn't deserve. It wasn't him "bottling emotions". It was him showing you who he was. Bottling things doesn't make you ab×se people. He wasn't doing anything accidentally. He made sure to test you over and over. Whittling away at your defenses until it was "normal". Which is why some part of her is still making an excuse. Hope she gets the therapy she needs, because it obviously did its damage. She also needs to build up her defenses mentally and know her boundaries. Write a list of things she will not allow to ever happen again.
Its insane how little we actually know these people and still find comfort in them. Abuse is unforgivable and vile. I don’t believe that people who abuse can change, like Shelby said if you cross that line theres evil in you thatll never fade.

I’m a month late to the party and ik nobody gonna read this, but I have to say this somewhere. Look. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to bite someone. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be bitten. BDSM, S&M, D/S… all of these are normal ways human express their sexuality. And as far as kinks go, biting is actually very tame. What’s important here is consent. Forget bdsm….. even perfectly vanilla sex requires clear communication between partners. Set expectations, lay down boundaries, talk about hard and soft limits. The thing about sex is that’s it’s completely fucking voluntary. Nobody’s gonna die if they can’t fuck. More to the point, nobody’s gonna die if their partner doesn’t want to fuck like that do. If you really can’t have sex without biting someone, don’t continue a sexual relationship with someone who doesn’t want to be bitten. The worlds full of freaks, keep looking and you’ll find one you’re comparable with. I’ve maybe lost the plot. The point is, Wilbur isn’t a bad person because he likes biting people. He’s a bad person because he continued to bite someone after they had clearly and repeatedly communicated to him that they did not like being bitten.

I also tend to 'bite' people I am affectionate with, I say 'bite' because I only really place my teeth on them, I never bite down or hurt the people I love. It is one sign of 'cute aggression' which is exactly what it sounds like. Cute aggression is usually found in people who have autism (me) or ADHD, and most can control it to the point that they are not hurting the person they are biting, but in the worst case scenario they can be really aggressive to the point where they can seriously hurt someone or an animal. However, I do not think that is the case with Wilbur. In these cases, the person causing the harm would feel horrible and would seek out therapy as soon as it was too much for their partner, but Wilbur almost seem to enjoy it. So I think he has Odaxelagnia, which is by definition is a kink for biting or being bitten, which also ties into sadomasochism. Although this is coming from a random girl online who knows nothing about Wilbur's life, so take my words with a grain of salt. ^^'

Don't be upset at yourself for having supported Wilbur, he did seem like a very nice guy on the internet. That's the danger of domestic violence: Often, no one else knows about it and therefore, no one can do anything about it. What's important is to believe and support victims of abuse when they tell their stories and to be willing to change your relationship with a person/stop supporting a person if they are revealed to be an abuser. Since you seem to very much do that, you're doing everything you can. And that is good and enough.

True, once you're adult you should know that's just common sense. Poor Shelby fell into "I can fix him" trap. I have a super close friend who bites as a sign of affection, and I can say that it is never to the point of pain. The fact that Wilbur was doing it to that point frequently and playing it off as an accident then doing it in front of friends until she screamed is so angering to hear. Just the idea of it being an "accident" and then not at other times makes it hard to believe it was ever an accident to begin with
Edit: You can play bite someone without hurting them. It is common to do as a result of oral fixation. Most just don't use pressure when doing this. Wilbur doing it to a point of pain is preventable on his part. I don't get how what I said makes it seem like I'm okay with people doing it in a way to hurt others. He always seemed a bit off to me from the start, couldn't take a joke at his expense, would go ballistic if someone made him look uncool, was full of virtue signaling performances, constantly lecturing and "educating" his peers about social issues he has no business in. His creepypasta quirkiness was early Shane Dawsonesque too. It was obvious he was putting on a "I'm a bit of a sad boy, classy, edgy old soul, dead poet society, danisnotonfire, Im14AndThisIsDeep gentleman" facade, and was a bit of a psycho in reality. Certainly didn't expect it this much though, just thought he was vain, pretentious and had a short fuse but wouldn't go through something like this to ruin his narcissistic holier-than-thou image. He doesn't even show remorse, he's sorry he got caught and that she expressed hurt, he's not sorry about causing the hurt.

He's clearly been struggling with his mental health, this is what happens when depression and such is managed poory, it gets taken out on loved ones. If you choose to "cancel" him then you are saying that people can't charge and shouldn't try to. Support Shelby, don't ruin someone's life. This is not the time to shame Wilbur this is the time to encourage a new era of personal growth, something which he has clearly been trying to do himself.
You don't have to give up on him just because of this, people should shift their perspective of him from some kind of idol to a regular person.

I kind of fell off of the wilbur train awhile back. He always seemed to be playing a character. In one of his houses (idk if it's the one he is now). during a fundy video you can tell he wasn't all the person he said it was. He had holes in the walls from hitting them out of anger. The fact that Wilbur bit her is not abusive, it's the repeated ignoring of boundaries, the purposeful hurting in a way that eventually came to punish behaviour he did not like, and the active refusal to change. It's the escalation of behaviour and disregard of your partner's health and safety. Accidentally biting someone too hard is not itself an abusive behaviour.

As someone who used to support Wilbur and lovejoy, it’s feels so disgusting to know that I supported him while this abuse was going in behind the scenes. Man, looking back there were so many clues that we missed, in lyrics like “I abuse those I love while I ostracise the ones who love me”, and like the entirety of New Boyfriend and Nice guy ballad.
And his “apology” was nothing short of vile. How he in his mind believed that it would “fix” his problems I have no idea. He made it all about himself, his emotions, his thoughts when he should be taking OWNERSHIP of his actions. I very much hope he goes to therapy and learns about his fucked up actions.

Biting is perfectly fine as long as it is consenting. This was not consensual, from everything they (Shelby) said it would extremely difficult not to understand he was hurting her. The fact they would yell the safe word, or have to say it several times in a day, is an indicator that he purposefully ignored her. It's not just the biting either that makes this abuse, it's what he's said and how he's acted as well.
One thing I'd like to point out is with these kinds of things, the abuser cares heavily on appearances. With the "apology" and how he acted when with friends is a good example of that. For everyone outside of this, give people time to respond. Some of them quite literally could not have known, and others are reeling from the news that they aren't alone or that something happened to Shelby. Do not press Shelby nor her circle to give more information or to reply. Honestly the same thing with Wilbur's circle as well, give them time to process. Especially since there are people who run in both. It will come out when it's ready and by doing that, you are also supporting her in another way.

In his twitch chat his mods were banning people who were showing support towards Wilbur and the mods were spreading links for to support domestic abuse victims through a bot and extend support to shelby. Today though Wilbur has unmodded all his mods, got rid of the bot spreading the link and when people tried alerting twitch that he had no mods he made a burner to make mod and unban the people the mods before banned (mind you its because he wanted the money, the people the mods banned were people who were subbing during that time). What’s worse is that his burner account is called jebediah springfield a character in simpsons and Wilbur KNOWS simpsons, jebediah is a bad person in simpsons a person saw as a hero iirc but turned out to be a murderous pirate now the worst part is that this character has an ex girlfriend called SHELBYville manhattan, he knows full well what he’s doing and it’s fucking vile. He is not sorry at all. His apology is supposed to be manipulative do not believe it, he just wants his fame and money.

All of this genuinely made me cry. I’ve followed Shelby since I was in middle school and now I’m 21. So about 8 years. I haven’t seen her content as much recently but I always supported her and as a person on the asexual spectrum I just valued her so much for speaking on it. I suspected she was dating Will at one point and I just felt happy for her because I thought she was happy. And I feel so horrible that I ever felt happy for her in those moments. I support Shelby in every way I can even if she doesn’t know me. I care about her and her happiness as a human being and I think everyone should always do that for anyone. And it’s clear Will did not feel the same way. F*** him and those who can excuse his actions.

Genuinely I can’t believe this happened, I feel so bad for Shelby!! Nearly a year ago I broke up with my abusive ex and I have hardly told anyone the true extent of the things I endured. Sometimes I still doubt and blame myself and wonder if I truly were abused or if I am simply victimizing myself, but hearing people like shubble share their stories is so validating and provides me with so much reassurance that what I went through wasn't ok and I'm not alone either. It's painful and difficult to talk about things like this but it's important. I wish nobody ever endured things like this but it makes me feel better to know I am not alone and it is ok to feel how I feel. I am really proud of shubble for sharing her story and I'm really happy she did and hope other victims can also find validation and reassurance in what she has said, I just can't believe there are some people defending Wilbur.
Also Wilbur saying to shubble that he won't change has only been further solidified by how terribly he has handled this situation

I'm definitely not a phycologist but to me it just sounds like Will was depressed and taking it out on her. that doesn't excuse the fact that he was physically abusing and manipulating her though. I hope both of them get help if they need it.
as someone with bpd, i think hes also borderline. Im not going to be definite on that since i dont know him and i am very young and NOT qualified but hearing the fact he clearly didnt want to break up with her but didnt want to stay with her, so pushing her away by hurting her was a last resort, without opening up at all

People who say "Why don't you just leave then? The signs are all there!" don't understand how actually careful and manipulative these people are in making you believe what they are doing is actually fine and you are the problem. They do everything in their power to make you second guess yourself daily, because you yourself want to just love them and they know how to weaponize that love against you.

Gosh it genuinely hurts me that Shelby went through such thing. Shelby's content has comforted me so much and it just hurts so much to see someone who has comforted me went through abuse. my ex was so similar and luckily we couldn't meet in person bc we were long distance. Even Wilbur's apology reminded me of how he'll victimize himself even when he was the one who hurt me, i recognized it immediately when I saw it.
It's crazy how he love bombed me and used me yet i had no clue how toxic he was being until we broke up...
I've never watched Shelby's streams before but I'm proud of her for getting through this and sharing it to others to create awareness. It definitely helped me see how toxic my ex was and that i dodged a bullet.
Wilbur apology is just god awful, he did not take accountability what so ever and it was just so wrong, i always looked up to wilbur in the past, he was the main reason I got into playing Minecraft but now hearing what he’s done is just sickening, nobody deserves what he has done to his victims, shelby/shubble has been one of my favorite TH-camr for a long time and she has always been one of the sweetest person I’ve ever seen and I am just heartbroken that she has gone through this, I hope she gets all the love and support she deserves, many of other TH-camrs such as Tubbo,Ranboo,Aimsey,Punz,Dream,Sneegsnag,Seapeekay,Badboyhalo and even Billzo have pick apart Wilbur’s “apology”, as much as it saddens me to hear how she was hurt by some she trusted it also warms my heart to see how much support she is getting, and to anyone how has been in a similar situation to shelby please know your not alone and there are people that will be there to love and support.

My god this is disgusting, I was never a big Wilbur fan but even just knowing that I enjoyed content he had a part in disgusts me. Nothing about this behavior is okay! And it just kept getting worse! I hope she can enjoy herself on her break and i am very glad she has friends supporting her!
I immediately shut down after I heard the full story and saw him basically admit it in his "apology".
As someone who has been abused in a SA and DA manner it really triggered me.
I watched him since DSMP. I watched him competing in MCC. I watched his band grow. I watched his QSMP videos.
Hearing these things and what she said he said. It was triggering and made me see a lot of similarities in mindset as a fellow victim.
I watched Shelby FAR longer than Wilbur. She was my comfort streamer.
I thought it was odd she wasn't posting as much or went dark for long periods of time. The long sleeves when she had remarked about the weather being stuffier where she lived.
She was also not as bubbly but I wrote it off as, "Maybe she has a great AC? Maybe she is just not that energetic anymore? She doesn't OWE us to always be this bubbly persona."
I feel so bad for her. I can't imagine how horrible it would be to be shown to other people, with the added social pressure to play it off, is a common ab×se tactic.
Hurting but make it the victims fault. Convincing them THEY love them more. They were sensitive. They didn't hear it right. Random amounts of affection then withholding it.

I’m a month late to the party and ik nobody gonna read this, but I have to say this somewhere.
Look. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to bite someone. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be bitten. BDSM, S&M, D/S… all of these are normal ways human express their sexuality. And as far as kinks go, biting is actually very tame.
What’s important here is consent. Forget bdsm….. even perfectly vanilla sex requires clear communication between partners. Set expectations, lay down boundaries, talk about hard and soft limits. The thing about sex is that’s it’s completely fucking voluntary. Nobody’s gonna die if they can’t fuck. More to the point, nobody’s gonna die if their partner doesn’t want to fuck like that do. If you really can’t have sex without biting someone, don’t continue a sexual relationship with someone who doesn’t want to be bitten. The worlds full of freaks, keep looking and you’ll find one you’re comparable with.

I also tend to 'bite' people I am affectionate with, I say 'bite' because I only really place my teeth on them, I never bite down or hurt the people I love. It is one sign of 'cute aggression' which is exactly what it sounds like. Cute aggression is usually found in people who have autism (me) or ADHD, and most can control it to the point that they are not hurting the person they are biting, but in the worst case scenario they can be really aggressive to the point where they can seriously hurt someone or an animal. However, I do not think that is the case with Wilbur. In these cases, the person causing the harm would feel horrible and would seek out therapy as soon as it was too much for their partner, but Wilbur almost seem to enjoy it. So I think he has Odaxelagnia, which is by definition is a kink for biting or being bitten, which also ties into sadomasochism.
Although this is coming from a random girl online who knows nothing about Wilbur's life, so take my words with a grain of salt. ^^'
