I watch your videos yesterday on bloating and I followed your advice. This morning for the first time in years I woke up bloat free. Thank you Dr Oz.
Dr OZ instead of cooking the vegetables can I drink the juice raw.
You can, just make sure to only get 8oz at each time. Blending creates the process of sugar to form. I have to blend my vegetables and fruits and I've been type 1 diabetic for over 44 plus yrs now. My stomach has neuropathy now and won't push certain foods or protein through so blending helps me a lot.
I eat pescatarian keto diet and I do fat flushes twice a yr. It helps me feel better at 50 yrs young. Be well and be blessed ❤🙏

I do like his three day smoothie cleanse form a few years ago.
I followed the instructions carefully and ended up with two cups of broth. Not nearly enough to follow the three day plan.

You don’t need fiber if you go carnivore. It naturally slides right out. The fiber mostly just bulks it all up and makes it stay there.
