I bought one for 3k ;) Slightly modified manual 2009 coupe. Only stuff wrong with it is electrical niggles, most of which I have now fixed, and it needed a new PCV to get it running properly. Took it to an Audi specialist for a proper check and the only other issue it had was split drop link dust covers. For a 15 year old car that's a pretty awesome bill of health.
I hope you can do tutorial walkthroughs for all the services you do. I have an mk2 Audi TT as well, and I'm looking to do the haldex, DSG, oil change etc. Would love to have your videos as a reference guide! Also, if you could make a video on the best way to lift these cars onto jack stand and the best safest jacking points. Thanks Chris!!
Just check the haldex is working and I’d recommend a haldex oil and filter change asap 40,000 / 5 year is way too long to leave it. I would do it earlier than the book says
@@CarChris82 look forward to some videos on this car. Mine has just started to bubble right at the bottom of the rear wheel arch like yours on 1 side and and just along from it above the side skirt
