Beautiful job, Jim Bob.....😁
Thanks Uri!
9th thumbs up brother and enjoyed watching and have a wonderful week brother ❤️👍😁👊💯
Thanks Tony! Hope you have a great week too!
Great job Jim 👍
Wow. So beautiful. You're amazing, Jim.
Thanks so much Loston! Sometimes the rattle can paint Gods smile upon me.
@@JimSilva-SilvaDiecastCustoms Well, that paint went on silky smooth!
Great looking casting. Good work and excellent result. Thank You!
Thanks again Brian - it was fun doing such a legendary casting (even if it's a reproduction)
Excellent work Jim,and a good course for the children 👏 👍
Thank you Martin for watching and all of your support!
WOW Jim, She looks every bit the red line she was meant to be. Cheer's JV
Thanks so much Johnny!
Looks fantastic Jim! You know me, I'm all rattle can still, in spite of owning an air brush, lol!
Thanks Ron! It's tough not to keep using the rattle cans when we're happy with the results!
@@JimSilva-SilvaDiecastCustoms I agree, I can usually find a satisfactory work around so why change.
Excellant build... you should never have to apoligize for where you choose to donate your.builds too. Boston Childrens Hospital has a place in our hearts as they saved my son many years ago. He spent several weeks in there care at 4yrs old.. he just turn 25 the beginning of Oct.
Thanks Mike...and that's wonderful to hear the story about your son!
Looks good Jim nothing wrong with rattle cans use what your comfortable with bro
My sentiments exactly! I came to the comments to say just that Jim.
Thanks so much!
Nice job! I also do all my customs with rattle can. Generally I am happy with the results yielded. I did my first Paint It Pink Challenge this year, and I dedicated mine in support of cancer research in general, not specifically to just breast cancer, but to all forms of cancer research.
Thanks Richard! Thanks also for participating in the event!
Yes sir!! That turned out soooooo good! And always a great cause to help fight this wicked disease 😎👊👊
Thanks Brian!
Cool car , awesome paint. Great cause.
Thanks Ron!
Bro, you killed it with that finish! It's beautiful color and such a nice smooth finish! SCORE
Thanks so much Paul! I couldn't be any happier with the Wurth gloss clear I'm using - it lays down wonderfully.
looks great, the sparkly pink looks time-commemorative. :) that's a nice little kit, indeed. ^^ thumbs up!
Thanks so much Lothar!
Stunning! Love the color
Thanks Aaron!
Absolutely beautiful build Jim.
Thanks so much Charlie!
Great job Jim 👍love the way it turned out, if you didn’t know better you can tell it’s rattle can paint job. You are the Master of the Rattle Can my friend 💯🇵🇷
Thanks so much Mark!
Very nice build!
I agree on not wanting to clean an airbrush! I am a little lazy about wanting to do that as well.
Thank you! There are times when I wish I had already made the move to airbrushing and cleaning it was easy....but...I'm still enjoying the ease of "finish painting, flip the can over, blow the nozzle clear, put can back on shelf" 🤣🤣🤣
Looking good. Both thumbs up!
Thanks Morten!
Very very cool brother, I did not know they had reproduction kits. You did a fantastic job with it brother it is absolutely gorgeous.
Thanks David! It seemed like the perfect project for this event.
Great job, Jim, it came out perfect!
Thanks so much Don!
Its a beauty buddy ..... great build for the awareness
Thanks Dan!
Ah, the legend of the Beach Bomb! Great to see the kit done so well, Jim. I think it looks stellar, and there's no better cause. Thanks for participating for the fourth year in the Paint it Pink challenge! 🍁👍
Thanks so much Andrew! Thanks also to you and your fellow Horsemen for taking over the reins of the event for us - it's such a wonderful event for the community and it's in good hands.
Just awesome .
You did it justice Jim!
Thank you!
Great work Jim it looks awesome 🌴👍👍😎🌴
Thanks David!
Well Jim I use paint brush and paint myself I don't use rattle can or an airbrush I've been using a paintbrush and paint for decades and I like the result I get from a paint brush and paint more than I do from a rattle can or an airbrush I've never used an airbrush and I really don't want one I enjoy painting my cars with a paintbrush and paint and I love the result everybody that I've shown like the result I've done to so that's why I've kept it up doing that way very good build keep up the good work my friend and God bless
What's that old saying - there's more than one way to skin a cat lol Whatever works for anyone is great...and the main part is as long as you're having fun doing it, that's all that matters. Thanks for watching!
Turned out great! 💖
🇱🇺
Thanks!
Well done Jim 👍 Tony's kits are far superior too the "other" one out there, even with flaws. It's too bad he's no longer able to make them. And no, I don't hate you, lol, those are awesome causes 😁
Thanks so much Jim! Even with this being a "B" casting, it cleaned up pretty well.
Man lucky to find one of those even as a b casting. Bright vision did great work on it. I can see why Mattel put cease order on him. Every time I go to his website or call him on the phone he never has any. At the price he sold them for it is worth the call.
The "B" casting version that I was able to get was about 1/2 the price of the "regular" or A version, so I couldn't resist.
When I move I will be close to these guys out of jasper georgia. So imma try and kick a door down to get a couple few.
turned out great
Thanks Xavier!
1000 thumbs up always Lee
Thanks so much Lee!
Awesome work , great information. This van was done beautiful.
This also was my 4th year , not sure if you seen the many cars i built this year.
Love this Pink van , God Bless.
Mike .
Thanks Mike! I haven't seen them yet...but I'm hoping to check out more videos tonight! Take care my friend!
@@JimSilva-SilvaDiecastCustoms Thanks Jim .
Great job Jim. I have been wanting to do one of these for a while .....Found it on the brightvision site Saturday
Thanks Pete! It really was a fun casting to do! Variations of the kit can also be found on eBay once Brightvision is out of them.
Very nice!
🏖️💣
The coolest
Thank you!
Very very cool...
Thanks Brian!
I still rattle can even thou they are 15 to 30 a can. with more practice might get as good as you . build turned out awesome jim
Thanks so much Neil! I've gone through a LOT of rattle cans, and while I'm able to get some pretty good results...there are times where things go horribly wrong lol
@@JimSilva-SilvaDiecastCustoms oh I know that for sure lol
An amazing choice of casting to do for this, though at that price for an original casting I think I'd rather have an actual V.W. Bus. That being said it turned out beautifully, it'd be hard to tell it apart from an original.
Thanks so much John! I have to agree, if I had the money that original casting is going for, I sure would find something else to do with it other than that...and I'd knock out a reproduction like this for my collection lol
very beautiful casting, does the windshield always set back so far on the Beach Bomb? from the side shot it looks like it does not have one. thanks for sharing and your donations
Thank you! From photos I've seen of the original Beach Bomb, the glass didn't "fill out" like other glass in the front.
😲🤤🤤🤤🤤🔥🔥🔥😍😎
Thanks Dane!
I've long wanted one of these kits. Out of stock now.
Rich - I have to admit I was a little shocked to see the "B" casting kit available as I knew the "regular or A" casting was long gone. eBay is always an alternative - I've seen the kit sell there at reasonable prices at times.
Great job Jim 👍
Thanks 👍
@@JimSilva-SilvaDiecastCustoms you're welcome 😊
