Thank you so much for your podcast. It has been 21 1/2 years since we lost our son, Jonny! He was 14 1/2 years old.
Totally tragic, unexpected death due to the interaction of two medicines. We miss him still everyday. We maybe had Jonny longer but this podcast was a perfect description of how we felt , how we grieved and are still grieving his loss.
He is with our Heavenly Father and one day we will see him again. May God continue to comfort you as each new day passes. You and your family are such a blessing!❤
Such a beautiful baby boy! So sorry about your loss. I'm here bawling with tissues because I lost my oldest baby. He was a preemie baby who only lived less than two hours. I did the same as you and said I didn't want pictures because I was so grief stricken. Biggest regret ever! He was my oldest, Henry Joseph. God bless you and your family. I'm so glad your girls can be friends with my granddaughters in cheer!

I feel for Shanna and Cory whenever I hear their story with their precious boy, Logan. Their faces and voices tell this difficult story even years later. Prayers are with you both. ❤
You two are a beautiful couple with a faith of a mustard seed that have so much to share and help other families who are going or have gone through this difficult journey. Please don’t ever listen to hate comments about yourself or your story. No one has walked in your shoes and come out the other end stronger and a more confident and faith filled family. Logan was the most beautiful little boy and I am confident you all will be together again someday. If I’m not mistaken i believe Logan and my son share the same birthday but ten years apart April 11th. Isn’t that correct? Love y’all’s love and dedication towards each other and the entire family.

This is the coolest family. Just down to earth, good people.
I’m 19 and had a baby brother with similar conditions to Logan… He was actually two years younger than me and passed away at 9 months old he would be 17 this year as well so their story just touches me and makes me so emotional.
We have a teddy bear with his heart beat so maybe just different states.
This was such a Heart Breaking story for sure it made me cry. Not only that it took me back too when my Mother lost my baby Brother (Kain) he had so many defects he barely even had a body.. A full term baby who they thought that my Mother was carrying twins that’s how healthy her pregnancy was and to go into labor and have him and then lose him my mother was so heart brokered. He would be in his 40’s and my Mother still grieves over him... I pray that God just gives these grieving parents peace and comfort.... Just know others are praying for you..🙏🏻

My older sister was in a coma for days, when I was able to travel the 6 hours to the nursing home to be with her and her husband I spent about 5 hours until I talked Tim into going to get a bite to eat. Right after we ate, the nursing home called and said Barb went home to be with Jesus! We believe Barb knew I was there with Tim and she decided she could go Home then.
I love watching the Leroy videos it gives me inspiration to keep watching them on TH-cam
Thank you for sharing your story. I know it never gets easier to talk about but you are helping others that have experienced the same type of loss. My daughter was due on April 10, 2006. I never got the chance to hold her. My birthday is also April 10... they haven't been the same since my sweet girl didn't make it. 😢

@ The Leroy’s you guys are not alone I am dealing with it with a family member with cancer the doctors gave him 6 months-1 year to live he’s passed 1 year going thru chemo n iron fusion’s and still fighting there is up’s n down’s with me n my sister it’s so hard to deal with
In Islam, we believe that the last moments are when the soul leaves the body by the angle of death. And the soul is extracted in 2 ways. One way is in a harsh manner for the people who were sinful and the other is gentle and actually are visited by many angels surrounding the body which calms them. In Islam we believe that children who die will enter paradise.
I had never known what happened to logan it is so heartbreaking. I experienced waking up to my baby with cold blue lips a year ago and not knowing until you know is something you never expect. That fear i feel like never goes away. I do now feel prepared of what to look for/ what's normal not normal in future children (which I'm sure ypu understand) but it still breaks my heart of not knowing how to help my child the first time. So sorry you guys had to go through this. It is so brave to have more children and faith to not just be frozen in fear the rest of life. Thinking of you this story brought me to tears

I acctually lost my brother😢 he had breathing difficulties and after 16 months he passed away. I was the first child, he was the 2nd. I cried every night😢 i was 9 years old when he died. My mum and dad struggled with getting pregnant. When they got pregnant with mark they were so happy 😊 after a year after the death, my parents started trying again for bavy number 3. Although they were terrified they felt peace. They said if it wasnt for me they would gave gave up. I remember when i was about 11 years old i was getting down on my knees beside my bed praying for a baby brother. 10 months later i got a baby SISTER. I dont remember this but mum remembers that when i found out that it was a girl i said, i asked God for a boy, not a girl😅 2 years later we got a huge surprise! My mum was pregnant with TWINS 😂😂 turns out it was 2 boys. At this time i was wanting a girl not a boy 😂 now we have a family of 6 😅 4 girls and 2 boys❤
I need to hear this podcast it made me feel better because in April of 2023 I lost my grandmother who I loved a lot I found myself crying every day and it's soon going to be Christmas and it's going to be are first one with out her it's so hard I know I will be crying a lot at Christmas I want to say thank you Shanna and Cory 🩷🩷🩵🩵

Definitely have stages. My best and only friend passed my freshman year out of the blue. I didn’t cry talking to her at the end. I even went to school and was fine till after that one month mark them it was all over form threes. I feel I cried for my the after
