So the first half is about sexual harassment, is it sexual harassment for calling someone gorgeous if they do not consent Destiny?
@@Michael-qp2cz I don’t think calling someone “gorgeous” or “pretty” is innately sexual harassment. It really depends on the delivery, frequency, and observable intent behind the statement. There is a fine line between a compliment and sexual harassment in some cases. If it is delivered in a way that communicates respect, then it is fine. If it is overtly demeaning or embarrassing, then it may be sexual harassment. For instance, saying “You look good today,” communicates different intentions than, “Damn, ur hot af.” One seems to be about bolstering confidence, and the other seems to be about communicating a lack of respect. Ambiguous words like “gorgeous” may be fine in some contexts, and inappropriate in others. It is your job to be aware of what contexts to utilize these words in and what other words you should use with them. You don’t want to make people uncomfortable.

Burning down a government building hurts tax payers, creates fear and public security concerns, could possibly harm or kill innocent lives, and could destroy valuable items or irreplaceable documents. What if a police building is burned down that contained evidence and documents about murder cases?

Do you not know the point of a comparison? The point is that they are different. Destiny even says right when Stein bitches about the comparison. "The point of a comparison is to compare two different things, and talk out the differences" if your only engagement in a hypothetical comparison is "They're not the same" is literally the stupidest shit.
Destiny's point is "If you are fine with stalking people at work and sexually harassing people, then what is your argument against people who use the exact same justification to assault people?" The reason for this is that when we use something to justify an action, we have to prepare for that same justification to be used against us. It's why you shouldn't ever pass for a power to go to the executive branch that you don't intend to be used by someone you don't like. Likewise, when you make a dumb argument, like we can justify sexually harassment and gross behavior because you disagree with her politics, it opens the door for escalation.
What happens when AOC stops caring, and it stops fulfilling the purpose of making her uncomfortable? What happens when some schizophrenic in his fanbase sees him justify sexual harassment against her, but their view of sexual harassment goes up to slapping a girl on the ass, and taking upskirt shots of her? What happens when because of the justification is "They are evil and doing things I think is evil", it becomes really fucking easy to justify violence when you don't get what you want from the first step. It's why _I_ don't like punching Nazis, because then it's easy to justify that if someone thinks I'm "evil" in the same way Nazis are under their ideology (which could be scientology for all we know) then it's right to punch me.
When it got to the rioting argument, it was about Destiny talking about a specific situation under certain circumstances. Not just indiscriminantly burning down buildings, vs. burning down a evacuated government building after hours after unjustified police murders, a comparison that Stein brought up.
So let me do the same really dumb take. Do you really think the police committing unjustified murders, provoking a massive protest movement, is the same as a politician condoning protest vs. your political opponents at their public address and being pro-abortion?

1- Whilst I think there is a line at what goes too far, subjectively speaking I don't think he crossed it (see point 3).
2- politicians should be open to ridicule. The idea that Congress people are these poor vulnerable victims is at best laughable. It's easy to see how this can lead onto laws dictating how NO politician should be "harassed" (and this being taken advantage of)
3- Context Is everything. AOC literally went and took a selfie with AS afterwards and only seemed upset later. She doth protest too much. And as AS said his Intent was not to get off on it

The problem is with AS is that I cannot tell if he is authentic, or if I can believe his words. The reason I can't is that he has to talk over Destiny whenever he talks. He also goes after his wife out of no where several times. Him making it weirdly personal during a debate, and talking over his debate opponent makes him seem like he can't let the truth be heard because it will ruin him. The personal attacks make it seem like he is trying to distract from the actual debate. Then him asking about other topics that arent a part of the debate, just seems like grasping at straws.
The problem is you have to make Alex's point for him, when he couldn't in an hour of talking. While Destiny, I could understand is just don't do morally wrong things to people. It was very simple to understand, even though it seems like Alex wanted to make it seem not simple.
