I also grow long beans in pots, but I get problems with my plants. Fungus or rust attack the leaves & the plants die. If you have this problem what do you use?
Also my plants do not produce that much. What do you use as fertiliser? Thanks

My most favourite vegetable the long beans on this video. I tried to grow them in the backyard. There was a good yield but almost every one of the beans were covered with black tiny insects may be the Aphids. Didn''t know how to control them without chemical insecticides and gave up

Raining season is the best. It's not a lot of pests and rain can help beans also. And another hand we can use a spoonful of dish soap with a spoonful of cooking oil mixed with 10 liters of water sprayed on the leaves once a week.
