The referee of this fight ended his own life a few days after this fight. His name is Paopom Watcharin.
He got depressed after the death of his 1-year-old child. He was an extremely talented referee who got famous in Thailand because of how good he was at refereeing fights.
RIP Paopom. This was the last fight he ever reffed. His death was a huge shock to the Muay Thai community because of how well-known and talented he was.

Superbon is a legend, but I still believe that Petchpanomrung Kiatmookao is the strongest active kickboxing fighter in Thailand. He has held the featherweight title in Glory, the kickboxing world championship, multiple times.

There’s a meme going on the kickboxing community that states that if you don’t win round 1 against Superbon you’re screwed. Allazov won round 1 against Superbon but Marat and Petrosyan couldn’t…
Losing the first round to SB basically means you've fallen in his rhythm, which is very hard to get out of when you're an orthodox western boxer.
Allazov has a very off beat rhythm. He strikes without a predictable pattern. That's why he is SB's natural nemesis.

The news just announced the death of this referee named Paopom Watcharin, he was found dead in his room, he was about to ref in June 16, but he never appeared, RIP Paopom Watcharin, Muay Thai community will miss you
Superbon is a monster, but it is facilitated when he meets orthodox and classic kickboxers, such as Grigorian, Petrosyan and Ozcan. These European kickboxers are very static and are a predictable target. Just look instead at what happened with Allazov! If you give Superbon and other thay fighters precise points of reference them become unbeatable.

Tayfun Ozcan, David Kiria and Marat Grigorian all had that style that is very easy for Thai to destroy them.
Ozcan lost to Petchpayao Banchameck, Pajonsuk Superprosamui, Sittichai Sitsongpeenong and now Superbon Banchameck.
Kiria lost to Sittichai Sitsongpeenong 3 times, Superbon Banchameck, Jomthong Chuwattana, Somrak Khamsing and Kem Sitsongpeenong.
Marat lost to Sittichai Sitsongpeenong 4 times, Yodsanklai Fairtex and Superbon Banchameck.

Tayfun Ozcan is literally the fifth best Kickboxer in the World at 155 lbs behind only Allazov, Superbon, Sittichai and Marat.
The fact that Superbon easily send him to Jannah in only round 2 is very impressive.
Ozcan just lost a very controversial decision to Marat Grigorian and yet here against Superbon he got finished with ease.
The only way to beat the Thais 155lbs & under (even within kickboxing) is to not only be an elite but be maxxed out for the weight class - ripped to the gills & show up on fight night min 15lbs heavier.. I.e. Allazov / Ennhachi etc.

Ennahachi also avoided the rematch against Superlek.
Now Ennahachi is at Bantamweight we'll see what happen if he fight Rambolek, Petchtanong, Saemapetch, Nong-O, Yodphupa, Muangthai, Kulabdam, Paedsanlek, Panrith, etc...

Superbon became cocky after he defeated Petrosyan and you can see it in his performance against Marat and Allazov.
Superbon had 100% conditioning in his fight against Petrosyan but only 75% conditioning against Marat and even less against Allazov. Allazov humbled Superbon and now look at what happened to Tayfun…

2020 den sonra Tayfun 2 sene kickboks yapmadı, yaşı da 30 lara geldi. daha sonra yaptığı maçlarda yenilmesi çok normal. çünkü formunu kaybetti. Superbon u normal şartlarda 2020 yılı olsa Tayfun rahat yener. Tayfun Özcan ın önceki maçlarını izleyin tekme çok atıyordu, şuan bacağını kullanmıyor neredeyse.
