It's Spirit River dry fly dubbing, but they were bought out by Hareline so you can't get it from their site any more. However I know that Hareline still sells the dubbing so you should be able to order it through any fly shop that carries Hareline products. But if that's not an option you can get it online as well, here is a link so you can see what it looks like. I have tied more than a few paraloops. Finishing the fly cleanly has always been my biggest problem. This video helps alot. Thanks for posting.
