A great video...thank you. There is another variation called a tilt-wing dun that ties the hair wing in first and then parachutes the hackle around the wing that also works well.

Started tying these thing in size 16 and they are fantastic behind a humpy, super boyant and imitated a natural very well

Love this fly. A hair wing fly with legs from the hackle has to be deadly.
