Chad you and your son's and don't forget Stacie the boss have done an awesome job unveiling the unraveling of this major wiring job on Nugget. For such a small vehicle you had a lot of work sorting through the wire runs to see exactly what you would need in making all the electrical wiring work correctly for the Nugget. All this wiring is like mysterious magic to me (way over my simple head). I can appreciate the excellent & meticulous work this involves--you're wiring an entire vehicle (and you don't necessarily have the appropriate diagrams & documentation on hand). Quite an endeavor.

    Hey Chad,
Greetings from Wisconsin. I grew up in Lehi, class of '84. Who knows... maybe we bumped into each other out cruising in the day... Parker's drive-in, Steel Days carnival, 7-Eleven next to Coral theater, all the old places. Congrats on your TH-cam channel and your automotive accomplishments!

When I worked for Rockwell International, a technician hooked a high pressure air line to a gyroscope that normally only received a small burst of pressurized air. Luckily no one was hurt when the gyro blew up. Only issue was he did it in the clean room where the gyro assemblies were assembled.

The Buick 215 was even chopped down to a V6 and used in the Metro 6R4 which was the only naturally aspirated Group B rally car. There are still a few of those running around running specialist rallies. They made 450 bhp out of the V6 naturally aspirated, so the V8 should be able to do at least that much. There are 800 hp twin turbo versions of the V6. I would aim a lot lower than that for longer life, but they are a cool engine.

Although they have similar principals it's a little more complicated than a house.
As for being small, like 'tiny houses' they DO have just as many things, just the space is so much harder to fit stuff into.

Greetings from Torrance! Fantastic job from both you and your son. Your job is very difficult, time consuming, and VERY under appreciated. The original car didn't have a computer. This one has an ecm, so folks may not understand why its so difficult. Also, every foot of wiring has to be custom cut. You have my respect and appreciation. Thank you sir!
