    Right on!!! love you Channel!!! I've got a bronco too, just love it, have it now for almost 4 yrs, Was this cook at 235 degrees the entire length of the cook?

      Hey Johnny, thanks for watching 👍🏻👊🏻!! For the most part I ran at 235* with an exception to a couple of times when it crept up in the 245*ish range. Happy Smokin & Keep coming back 👍🏻

    I got some B&B briquets and plan on arranging them nice and tight in my Pro Pan for an upcoming brisket vs dumping them in like I usually do. Were you using the pro pan here?

    • @BakersBBQ
      @BakersBBQ  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes sir I was. In addition you may have noticed I just had them dumped in the pro pan verses forming them up. That’s because I have learned in the pro pan it doesn’t matter you still get extremely long burn times and it makes the prep much easier. Looking forward to seeing if you agree when shooting your video. Check out my video on seasoned charcoal in the Pro pan as well

    Hey Mike Raul here. I been using the bronco for a while now. Do you close down your exhaust at all? Do you think that causes any bad smoke?

    • @BakersBBQ
      @BakersBBQ  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey Raul, against popular opinion I do adjust mine and have never had an issue with dirty smoke. Here is a short video I did on this very subject 👍🏻

    How do you add more fuel to the cook?

    • @BakersBBQ
      @BakersBBQ  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks for watching! If you set up the charcoal pan correctly, and start the smoker correctly, you will not need to add any fuel depending on which charcoal pan you have. Go watch my video on how to properly start the Bronco & it will cover these questions 👍🏻
