- In this episode, I replace the cast iron flywheel with an aluminum variant from an old push mower for a weight savings of 4.1lbs. I also fix the no-spark issue by replacing the points-based ignition system with a newer solid state electronic ignition coil.

Keep up the good work and try to stay warm !😊
Thanks, I'll do my best.
Cant wait to see to see it running
Me too man
LETS SEE IT RUN! 🤘😁
We're gettin' there.
thats great if you got spark it means more then likely it will run . now lets talk more about them forks . i was thinking and the issue is a lot of weight on the fork tube it is going to snap them forks at some point . the rake you have on the front of the bike has made it weak . even if you have a good weld its not the frame tube that will snap. its the forks that will bend or snap . please find a stronger set of forks . dont have to be shock forks but a good heavy duty set of mountain bike forks . triple tree forks would be ideal . look at it this way. with the rake you have now on that bike it have set the forks out more. meaning there will be bounce in them . there no longer straight up and down. fighting the opposing force of the ground . so alot of force is going to be right at the goose neck . it might not break right away but it will at some point . if im wrong in this please any one point out why . look buddy im not trying to be a ace hole about this . nobody wants to see you get hurt . there is alot more weight on the bike now with your weight it is alot to take on them little bike welds . add bounce to that and it makes it even worse . at least ask someone else if you dont want to take my word for it and get a second opinion . i dont mind being wrong in fact i hope i am . there is no reason to take chances with your life buddy . your doing 30+ mph on this bike and the front end snaps its going to make for a very bad day for you . ok ride safe see ya in the next one .
Thanks for your concern. Upgraded forks are in the works.
@@pulsar2121 great thanks buddy .
Try using a 3hp or 4 fw that thing will rip and is safe.
Yes I just wanted to leave a comment on how well you're doing appreciate all your videos. My theory is is I can still get the lighting system that you did a few years back with the regular rectifier I haven't about 95% working but I still need some of your input maybe you'd like to still try again. ????
Thank you. I do have some plans in the works for revisiting the charging system actually.
@@pulsar2121 yeah I am too been working on it for a minute I can send you my info what I got going on right now if you like

So when we gonna see Pulsar merch out? 😃
I guess I don't have any plans for merch yet. If there's enough interest, that's something I could look into in the future.
@@pulsar2121 Awsome! I think a pulsar hat like the one you wear in your videos would be awsome in the future! Thanks for the reply
