It was so frustrating for me to watch everyone attack Blake because no one said anything about Caelynn lying. She played the victim card once again and once again everyone defended her. She was mad at him and said untrue things to get back at him and make everyone hate him. She’s a liar and manipulator and I really hope she’s not on anymore of their shows. I’m so over her.

Everyone should’ve saw this coming. Cassie was the only girl on caelynns team during Colton’s season. Everyone was saying the same thing about her... I’m not shocked.
I am not a Caelynn fan and I do believe she is a drama queen but Blake showed two screen shots of one night. There was nothing about the rest of their conversations so who knows what he was talking about to her other times. He never denied talking to her for months. So I think they are both liars and I am glad we are past that BS.

Am I the only one who didn’t think Blake did anything wrong? Caitlyn literally completely lied on him and he was just trying to defend himself the best way he knew how. Caitlyn even admitted that she lied about everything because he was ignoring her 🙃. But yet he’s the only one who’s deemed the bad guy and she gets all the sympathy. I think they were both wrong. But Caitlyn started it so 🤷♀️. All’s fair in love and war.

nyssa Queen I feel the same, in this type of climate Caelynn(?) said he ‘silenced’ her. Was Blake an ass for sleeping around? Sure, but he was single. Was she wrong for blowing it out of proportion and making it seem more dramatic than what it is? Yes, but she had a right to be hurt however she nearly ruined his credibility-his life even.
I was livid when I was watching the finale, and everyone kept trying to get him to apologize. He had nothing to apologize for, and I respect him for standing his ground.

Peter walked out and my mom went “wow he looks like a pilot” and I looked at her like 😶 and said, “mom, he is a pilot.” And she starts freaking out, “whaaaaaat???” And I had to tell her he’s the one that took Hannah flying on a date and she asks, “that was him?” And that’s how I know Peter made no difference to her and we both agreed it should’ve been Mike but it’s okay. I guess.
It's sad that it wasn't Mike. He's a vet, has an incredible job and a great back story that we never explored.
I hope Mike and Demi Lavato end up in a relationship for a great revenge to the bachelor.
I also mean no offence to Peter because I think he's a great guy. I just prefered Mike, I could care less that he's black, he was the better man. Being black was a bonus for the black community.

The reunion was a damn mess... Clay and Nicole's relationship was literally 25% of the entire show and they just pretended it wasn't... I would've rather had that then the bachelor babies segment. I wanted too see Angela defend Nicole

I got to the end and thought I missed a part. Like i had zero investment in these 2 people and yet they were shoved down our throats the entire season. The least they could have done was give us an awkward reunion. I’m sure they weren’t there because they didn’t want to come but still.

Let's just be real: we've seen a 1000 similar versions of the same male lead for the majority of this franchise and now that a beautiful, mature, kind and of African-American descent man comes along, ABC dropped the ball. Literally EVERYONE online wanted it to be him. It's too bad ABC missed this chance to make history and DIVERSIFY a little. It's 2019, dammit!

It may have to do with Demi Lovato, but it may have also been that Mike is too “real” and doesn’t take bullshit. It would be hard for producers influence him to make certain decisions. Peter on the other hand, seems like he could be influenced more to make more “entertaining” TV.

See Tayshia and JPJ get back together was the most exciting part of the episode! They're still my favorite couple even though JPJ hasn't always been perfect. Everything else was ZzZzZzZzzzz 😪

@Lauren, Caelyn was molested when she was younger. She really shouldn't be on shows like this, where she can easily get hurt. Being with Blake probably brought up the trauma she went though. When she was crying hysterically it wasn't to make Blake look bad, its just how she felt at the time.
@@berly9397 I have wondered the whole time if she is dealing with lingering effects of the trauma she’s gone through. If that had any role in how she felt and her actions. It was recent enough that it would make sense to me.
That said, you have to pass a psych evaluation. It’s kind of hard to know what to say because even if she passed it, she could very well decide it’s not for her and that would be an understandable decision.
Dude I just have to say, I really appreciate your edits and voiceover. You’re into details and it really shows and pays off. Like putting mid rolls after sentences are completed and not half way through a word. You’re constantly killing it. Keep it up.
It is infuriating to me how Blake was treated at the Finale. Yes he may have made some mistakes, but that did not mean Caelynn was innocent in all this. In fact, I think her mistakes were worse. From the text messages it came across to me that she was pressuring him for sex. Imagine what people would be saying if it had been the other way around. Also she did not have to publicize his private sex life. Of course he wanted to defend himself after that. In that regard, I don't think he did anything wrong at all. What else was he supposed to do, sit around and take false allegations? She put him in that situation when she spread around his dirty laundry. But it also pisses me off that nobody stood up for Blake, and why? I think people were walking on eggshells either because she is a female or because she is a rape victim. So even those that may have felt it wasn't Blake's fault or his fault at all cowardly remained silent. I hope Dean comes to see the light sooner than later, or he might be the next victim of Caelynn's lies...
Someone else pointed out that it may not be that they were supporting Caelyn necessarily, but that for future reference, they don’t want anyone to think releasing texts is ok, since it could be used against someone else in the future.
I don't think anyone directly was supporting Caelynn. Even Dean who is dating Caelynn wasn't supporting her. He is Blakes friends and was against Blake releasing the text because it only shows a small snippet of a larger conversation. It doesn't tell the whole story. He said that on both Viall Files & Almost Famous podcast and I am sure his podcast.
No matter what, it made Blake look like an idiot and overall I don't think it did for him what he wanted. Most of us are smart enough to know there was more to that conversation before and after.
It's not a good move on Blake's part, but he was basically backed into a corner. Of course there's more conversation that we'll never see, but the snippet that Blake gave us did directly prove that Caelynn lied about some of the stuff she was saying out loud to everyone. She was upset that Blake didn't apologize specifically for posting the messages, but she never downright admitted and apologized for lying. She apologized for overreacting several times, but overreacting and lying are two completely different things.

Blake should have not apologized, Caelynn was playing the victim as usual. She was the one that texted him at 5am too hook up, you made your bed so now lay in it. At least Blake admitted he did approach it the wrong way, so she should have owned up to it more. Peter only got selected for the Bachelor because of his huge following, his as bland as white bread could get. JPJ and Tayshia give me life, I think watching BIP was only worth it because of them two. When it comes to Clay and Nicole, come on? Was anyone surprised? Clay is the most indecisive SLOW person ever, I lost patience with him since day one 🙄 no wonder everyone else does too. Overall it was a great season ❤️

I’ve done some sleuthing and found out that “annoying Catherine” from Colton’s season (who honestly was not a villain) has been best friends with Kristian for 18+ years and Catherine and Demi remained friends and so everyone who hated on Catherine is eating crow or should I say seagull... pigeon?? Right now because she’s the one who introduced Kristian to KWEEN Demi and now they have one of the most pure, most truthful, most authentic and most beautiful loves I think we’ve seen on any branch of this franchise!

I just finished listening to an interview Mike did with Rachel Lindsay on her pod cast. It last for about an hour and I must say I enjoyed it very much. He is interesting, exciting, funny and a great conversationalist. They talked about their experiences being part of the bachelor family including the fact that he was considered for the part, when he found out he wasn't chosen and how he felt about it. They discussed several issues. After hearing this interview I realized even more what an AWESOME bachelor he would have been. I've seen Chris getting so much hate, but I think it's unwarranted. I mean, it does suck that Katie was feeling that way, but from their interviews, it just seems like the televised relationship and the fact that they had to stay apart until now was really hard on them. And it's also really common to have someone in a relationship who is better at communicating than the other. In the end I think that they will work out.

Even just thinking about the Blake and Caelynn debacle made me angry again. He was trying so hard to make a valid point about how the texts needed to be shown. Yes it sucked for Caelynn but why do all these people defend her, the liar, so much! They’re basically just slut shaming Blake the whole time on the show anyway, and if it’s not okay to do to women it’s also not okay to do to men. Hannah B always had the right opinion on that girl, she is manipulative.
i still cling to the hope that Mike will be the bachelor... he was one of the many highlights of Hannah B's season and I just need to see his love story work out

Am I the only one that really loves Chris and Katie’s relationship? Honestly I think this is just a matter of two people that express love in different ways and are struggling to adapt to the needs of the other. Like, I hear people saying it’s not normal to have this strong of a struggle this early, which might be true for most relationships, but I think that’s just because most people date people that express love in the same or at least a similar way.
