- The Most Underrated Bike Park: Good Trails & No Lines, so why don't people ride here? We're Back at Bromont Mountain in Quebec. Bromont has quickly become my favorite bike park, and for good reason. The trails and riding here are next level and I'd argue is the best bike park on the Eastern side of the Continent.

People don't often get a chance to see how amazing she is, but she's had my back even before we were dating. One of the first times she saved my butt was helping me out with an SPD cleat bolt, which i later learned she removed from her own shoe that she wasn't using (as she had just broken her ankle).

Bromont is like 20 minutes away from where I live, its so awesome and underrated. Love the place!
Yeah, as far as bike parks go, Bromont definitely one of the most underrated parks in North America.
Did anyone else notice the deer standing right on the side of the trail at 34:37in the video, I don't even think Phil saw it Lol.

That 7 gap messed me up so bad way back in the day (15yrs ago) it was so poorly built there used to be a small kicker in the middle of it so when i tried to clear it i didn't pop enough, my rear wheel hooked the little kicker in the middle, got bucked and tumbled tangled in my bike... When friends finally got to me they said it looked like a scene from Family Guy... 🤣🤣🤣

Great video - have to mention the waterpark at the base and the huge portion poutine.
Not much of a water person, but the lazy river didn't sound half bad that day.
@@SkillsWithPhil [longtime Bromont season pass holder]. On balance - if you are a biker looking for a "family experience" - Bromont is great. The water park admission (at least used to) include a bike rental and one trip up the chair as an "intro" experience.

They've been really putting in the work. Ignoring the fact that this is Canada this is now my favorite bike park on the East Coast. Bromont is an S tier bike park.

I make the videos as long/short as they need to be. I think having a mixture of long/short is best as most people can't watch 50 minute videos all the time.

100% they also have a 3rd lift spinning in the enduro sector in the fall, which makes it the best time to go.

I rode at this bike park this past week! Ended up crashing on the last lap and fracturing my shoulder, getting a free ambulance ride out of it 🎉

Nice!! What are those continental front and rear tires? size and casing and compound.
They are the continental kryptotals, which cone in a front and back variation. I'm running DH casing in back and enduro casing in front. Front tire is soft and back tire is super soft which is literally the opposite of what id ideally run foot compound but they don't make and enduro casing with supersoft, and i couldn't find and soft versions of the dh casing when i bought mine.

Is that headset creak or is it CSU creak? I've got my fork going in for a new CSU under warranty, and it makes a similar noise.
Considering I've regreased my headset multiple times, triple checked the bearings, removed and reinstalled the headset cups, replaced the headset race, I'm beginning to think its that. I thought rockshox was mostly immune to that noise but i guess not.
Update, i took the fork off and was able to replicate the noise off the bike. 100% the CSU
