I believe that Windows 10 does not make use of the "active" flag in order to identify the bootable partition. The UEFI firmware can identify the ESP partition and the boot process starts there.
it means the files in windows that is responsible for that menu is either broken or deleted, the only way is to use a Windows Media Installation using a USB drive, then boot from that and Click the part where it says to Repair the computer, and then open command prompt and search for tutorials online on how to fix the boot using Windows Media Installation
Thank you. Active works only with MBR. We use GPT for Windows 11. So much solutions but how can we analyse where exectly the problem is, that should make it easier to find the best solution. Windows is new installed. Recover a backup and then the problems starts. No solution at the moment, still error 0xc0000225 and Windows is not able to repair the problem.

after I write active it says this disk is not a fixed MBR disk. so it doesn't do anything

Exactly the same, cannot enter 'troubleshoot menu' F1 and F8 options don't work. After every reboot same error BSOD... tell us what to do!!!
