Okay just try to lower you RAM's mhz in bios..I was facing these problem for weeks and found out my Ram was on 3200mhz , I lowerd it to 2666mhz and all thanks to almighty, my problem is solved.
mine can't go to the desktop at all, keeps getting stuck on the blue screen with code memory management and 100 percent..can only access trobleshoot, and bios
Get 4DDiG Windows Boot Genius ( bit.ly/3rVAJ0J ) to fix the blue screen issue.
Mine doesn't even restart itself it just stays at another blue window test for hardware
I took my RAM out and swopped positions on the mother board, 72 hours latter I still have had no BSOD
Can you elaborate what you exactly did??

Please try to follow the tutorial and go to troubleshoot, startup repair
