Locate at least 5 bills in which you invested in yourself and write behind each of them the following:
EVERYTHING I INVEST IN MYSELF RETURNS TO ME MULTIPLIED 5 TIMES 5.
Bills of any kind: supermarkets, restaurants, personal items, vehicle expenses, health, aesthetics, hairdressing, travel, etc.
From now on, whatever you buy, on the invoice or receipt you receive, write in the back this statement.

Commercial run through this mediation. I have skipped to the end to try and bypass commercials but they still pop-up. The worst way to break a mediation …..a State Farm commercial 🤦🏽‍♀️.

Let's be honest, to insert a publicity almost at the end of a meditation it's just miserable... Besides, you could place it at the beginning and at the end and that's it. Let's admit it, this material is not yours anyways, so you are earning from that even and the community will appreciate it more.
You can not imagine the bad mood from that publicity just before the end. Really not fair.
