SnugglyBun - Knuckles Last Stand [Furnace Tracker, Genesis]

So this song started out around a bad fanfiction idea based on the times i watched SMBZ when i was a kid. It goes like this:
Knuckles is owned, Metalix has got him down and he's about to die. However just when things seem all grimdark Knuckles finds the Master Emerald, something that grants power to those deemed to have good nature by it, meaning that he can go Hyper while Metalix cannot even access the powers of it. So even if Metalix is on Super mode, he now has competition, Knuckles can finally go toe to toe and even cause significant damage to him before the juice runs out. It's his Last Stand..
anyway sorry for that, my inner child kind of spoke there. Song made using the Fractal Sound DualPCM mode in Furnace Tracker for the Genesis although it's seldom used here, like only for a few crashes.
