It looks like a great update to Artisan too. Its a much more powerfull toolset then before and it looks very smooth in the examples. Great video as always.
@@felicetrollino4413 I usually do poly modeling in 3ds Max because the subD and vertex tools are too simple; they lack many poly tools that I need. Artisan 2 is much better with a lot of new poly tools to match 3ds Max, not completely, but almost.
I find it expensive i bought the 1st plugin. For me i'll settle there for now. For advanced modelling and sculpting i'd still do them in blender. It takes seconds to convert and import 3d files anyways. Also, i can manually paint and bake texture there for Free.
You made amazing product, thank you, it really expands the possibilities of Sketchup a lot. But $100 per year for SU addon? Are you kidding? You still can't get away from the outdated 2008, unoptimised SketchUp engine working on only one CPU core. Just use "one well-known FREE 3D product" . It's free, it works x100 faster and has a much more functional. SketchUp is not for convenient modelling (actually IDK what for is it)
I also think that the cost of this plug-in is too expensive. If you know of a plugin with similar sub d functionality, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
Not another subscription. When are devs going to realize that users will reach a limit on the number of subscriptions they can bear? Bubble’s gonna burst at some point, and in the meantime, as much as I love the ease of SketchUp, I’ll just get better at Blender.

Useful tool! for choosing the background music for the video, my special thanks
THANKYOU FOR EXISTING AND MAKING THIS VIDEO
I bought the pro version and now I still have to pay for plugins?
what an update! bring a lot of 3ds max poly features to sketchup. they totally beat subD.
Did you even try both of them? SubD is still way faster, both on workflow and raw subdivision performance.

Why is everything not included in the pro version? We pay anyway
São plugin muito bacana o problema é que todo mundo agora quer cobrar um valor mensal.... estou indo para blender!

How would you convert SKP files into blender? Or is it that you make then entirely in Blender and then import them in SU or Render engine?
SUPER!!!!
this thing.... SCARES me.
This is next level stuff... 😱😱😭😭😱😱😱😱😱😱
amazing tool
I cannot afford the plugins from mindsight studios.

Completely agree, useful tool but $100 per year, that's ridiculous!
i can't downlaod
Very good
interesting update, 100 $ per year though
developers are getting more greedy , a piping plugin costs 99$ ,what does? transforms lines into pipes xD
So they now, also jumped on the subscripton bandwagon just like SU. That's a shame. Blender look better with every release.
The Sketchup developers are useless, they update 1 features in 10 years, and even for doing basic shapes you need plugins

VERY EXPENSIVE $99 PER YEAR, THAT'S NOT EVEN HARD OPS AND BOXCUTTER WHICH CHARGE $38 FOR BOTH OF THEM AND ARE FOR LIFE, WHAT A STEAL

Супер
Все это, конечно, хорошо, но смысл? Это все есть в бесплатном блендере. У кого-то лишние 100 баксов в год?
😮😮😮😮 ❤🩹
Just another perpetual license, what a scam!
