These talks change my life a little more each time I hear one. It feels like it's changing back into whatever it was before innocence was lost. Not that I'm becoming anything, bc I am already who I am, but its more like I'm shedding the extra bs I've picked up along the way. Removing the access world around my heart and in my head.

Your life is constantly giving you opportunities for your awakening. I didn't appreciate Ram Dass until recently. His talks flew over my head and it sounded like nonsense before. Now that I've matured his talks have helped me let go.

It's a profound journey
I just learned that Ram Das left this earthly plain in 2019. I hadn't heard as I was in a completely different space at that time. I was sorry he was gone, but I know his soul has gone on. I actually met him in Boise, Idaho in1974. A group of people from a variety of spiritual organizations were having a gathering with food, music, etc. One of us had invited him to attend our little affair in the big park there. He surprised us by actually showing up and speaking and meditating with us. It was awesome. I'll never forget it. He was a special person and I have learned a lot from him. Namaste.

This was given in 1978 where back in the late 1970’s people didn’t talk about eastern mysticism especially in the USA. Now in 2021 especially with social media like you tube and Instagram people are discussing concepts like spiritual awakenings, trauma, and reincarnation. So much has changed in 40 years since this talk was given. Ram Das was a Pioneer in this awakening narrative.
His spirit is creating the future we all need

I’ve discovered Ram Dass last year and I have been listening to a lot of his lectures by now. It’s incredible how my perception of life has changed, I can take everything with much more peace and lightness now. I think it would be really amazing if the videos could have subtitles in different languages. I can understand relatively well the videos and their messages, but I think that other people might not have the same opportunity. I’m sure it’s no easy to translate everything in so many different languages, but I really think that would help so much to spread the message and reach many more people who needs to hear this ❤

I can't properly describe what a profound impact RD has made in my life. I feel attached though, because I feel this sadness when I hear him and I know I shouldn't. It's as if I miss him, but I never even met him. I came upon his teachings on my own, a few years ago. And while he was alive I just felt good knowing he was here on earth. And now I just feel this deep sense of missing him. Maybe it's because this is the hardest season of my life and with how crazy the world has become and Covid19 taking over, it's like I don't have him to walk me through it and I don't know what to do. I understand it's all perfect, it's all exactly how it should be and I even understand it's ok that I'm scared. I need hope though. It's like he left the earth right before the shit hit the fan and I'm just out here trying to get home but I don't know the way.
