Very nice! I don't think I have ever seen a lefty play with right hand lead on the HH. I am a lefty and it is rare to see another!
Unfortunately as a kid I learned on a family member's left handed kit and it stuck (even though I'm actually right handed). Not sure what you mean by right hand lead on the HH, I play with left hand HH and right hand snare mostly, which is exact opposite of a right handed player. However I lead my fills with my right hand, which is really not efficient at all. I've managed to fake it for 20+ years, but if I were truly leading with my left hand I think it would be a lot easier... Or just played right handed... :) I have tried many times over the years and it just doesn't feel right. Anyway, yeah... it's all weird...

Calm down, everybody. Neil played the verse/hi-hat parts with one hand. This guy's adding notes and beats that were never in this song.
The point of my Rush drum vids are not to attempt to play it exactly like he did (after all, he played completely opposite to how I play), it's just how I jam to these songs for fun. :) However, in the second verse at least, he did play with 2 hands on the hats (you can see it here a bit: th-cam.com/video/AQ4hfUDV3eo/w-d-xo.html), but honestly it really isn't the point. I'm just having fun playing along to my favorite Rush songs.

I first saw it on the Grace Under Pressure tour, in 1984! Yeah, I just dated myself. :) It was on the Grace Under Pressure concert video, which you can see here on TH-cam. But yeah, not the same as in person.
@@TheJezric My first was Permanent Waves, but p/g was my favorite because I was front row in front of Alex, and had the best view of Neil. It was one of the few shows where he solo'd in the middle of Red Lenses, which numbs my mind just writing about.
