I never took his extraordinary ability for granted, he was continuously inspirational. Redfern was the perfect place for GI. He’ll be missed. While the 8 straight & dominating the last decade plus of origin was awesome I am really looking forward to the next few years of origin especially with nsw winning the series last year. UP THE MIGHTY MAROON'S! .....

I`m a fanatic Blues fan but have to admit that Queensland have had some incredible players over the past couple of decades. I have huge respect for Wally Lewis, Mal Meaning, Darren Lockyer, Cooper Cronk, JT and was also amazed how Billy Slater was at top level even at 35 out running opponents 10 to 15 years his junior.
