everywhere you look there’s work to be done. I would find it completely daunting. I don’t know how you remain so positive. But, you do! You’re a real power couple. (Can I ask you to reduce the volume of the overlay music. It’s just too loud and detracts from the voices. Let’s face it, it’s not music I’d normally listen to so it doesn’t need to be loud. Thanks. ) Greetings from Brisbane. Best wishes for your Christmas event.
What a gift you both and the team are to your beautiful chateau. Every detail so well thought out. Preserving these old buildings has to be a labour of love. It’s a wonder it doesn’t have hearts flowing out of the windows🤣🥰🩷❤🫶
Hello Denise and Bratt, I love your videos. Started watching you when you appeared at the Journey to the Chateau. I wanted to ask you, if you are planning on restoring any more of the rooms in the main chateaux, also to have more guests and any of the historic rooms, which I guess what draw in a lot more guests, maybe even people interested in history.
Step by Step the remarkable reconstitution of your Chateau is on its Journey towards the lovely presence it always was through the years! The Jewel 🏰 is being revealed thru diligence! 🌲Open House shall be Superb🌟
Das Fenster ist echt gelungen. Schön das ihr die Nebengebäude im Originalen Stil behaltet und renoviert das wird unglaublich wenn es fertig ist. Und by the way die Blumen sind wunderschön ❤
Thank you for the updates. It must be very exciting and rewarding to be now up to saving and restoring the servants quarters. I love that you are repurposing the rooms to suit todays living needs. It is lovely to see your vision taking shape. I hope you all have a wonderful week.
That poncho looks wonderful, I can't wait to see it on you. The flowers from Australia are beautiful! So good to see the mud room progress, but sad to see the rotten beams and lintels. A mud room with a fireplace, It's going to be a very pretty mud room!

We use a lot of French people too, they prefer not to be on camera because of the language..Denise’s French is getting really good which is helping a lot !
Smart idea to limit future damage, will pay off later for sure! Do take a moment and look back at all you have accomplished! Really amazing and exciting! Bravi! 👏👏👏👏👏👏 The lights for the people as they arrive for your event will be a great way to greet them and light their way! Till next time!
May the Holidays bring …… Peace - Joy - Warmth - Health….. to all

I'm always surprised at the number of non-French tradespeople working on these projects. Is there a shortage of locals to help you?

There's always a shortage of trades people in France.
There is a shortage of labor for any type of home/construction…even in the US!😢
