I enjoyed your video . I have the Carey also and love it ! In fact I ordered another one for the times that I needed it for more jars..I always add a measuring cup that holds 8 cups of water. It is perfect...I canned some northern beans and did the soak and heat up but I don't like it anymore than the no soak way that I've always done it. We love dry beans canned..
@@fayeadamson896 i definitely like them better this way, too. They have a better mouth feel to me. I may need to get a 2nd one, as well, since my small batches are growing bigger!
