Hey guys, I just want to say I haven't watched any of your videos in a while, but I just came here to thank you for helping me pass nursing school in 2022. Keep up the amazing work.
As a respiratory therapist, I would love to see a podcast dedicated to discussing the importance of respiratory therapy and the intricate physiology behind pulmonary drugs, mechanical ventilation, intubation, and airway management for emergencies. These topics are vital for understanding and improving patient care, and a podcast could provide valuable insights and education for both professionals and the public.
Loved the white board lectures, but the podcasts are just as wonderful. I love the cases. Being able to see the process of diagnosis. Working through signs and symptoms as well as pt history. Excellent job!
Can you do the renal chapter in your new way (not posdcast) , with the diagnosis algorithm, and treatment in a table , really loved it ❤ your the best
We are halfway through Renal! We will be releasing this VERY soon!
@@NinjaNerdOfficialThank you so much for everything. This podcast is awesome by the way.
Are there coming other new topic along with renal?? Take all the time you need.
You are the best ❤
Neurology and Rheumatology lectures strongly needed.
guys thanks a lot for all the effort that u r putting in this channel ,u r saving so many students
I would really appreciate it if the vitals & other lab values r shown as Zach explains how he rules out different diagnosis. - because I kept wanting to see the numbers on the screen as he was discussing it! That way I can follow along too.
And maybe at the start the normal values can be shown for the lab values as well!
Thank U very much 🙏
Wish I could find a doctor that cares enough to think as clearly and carefully as these guys. When you say diarrhea and there is zero discussion about diet...you know you drew the short straw.
We will be that doctor, thanks to Zaaaac!
Thanks, guys! this is so helpful for me to pass my advanced clinical reasoning exam!!
Hi Zach! Thank you so much for your content! So happy to see your new video on the feed!!! ❤
This is a genius way to get oriented to clinical situations anf to apply theoretical knowledge. Great way of teaching!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Dr. Zach❤ strategies are stress-free nd quiet comprehensive 🙏 thanks Prof.
Brozac! Keep them coming! I’m on the lookout every week for these.

Thanks a lot, guys.
Thank you for the podcast! It was really interesting :)
You're awesome. Both of you.
Team sodium channel mutations causing pseudohypoaldosteronism here. Doctors act like I'm nuts, and they've never heard of such a thing. When I was a kid, it was called salt wasting.
Daily about a gallon of water or more, salt consumed freely and pickles used for orthostatic/hypotension episodes.
Thank you❤
Incredible

Please explain us on board
Hypo and hyperkalemia?
First
This second person is interrupting when you're trying to explain important details. I don't think the treatment was explained properly like how much the sodium should be increased by, etc. Just saying 3% hypertonic saline wasn't enough I felt.
This way is not good for teaching
