Bro, first of all, avoid all spicy food, sugar, reduce amount of oil, pepper, in your food, ll, beacuse spicy and oily foods, are not good for athletes. I have myself experienced that when I ate spicy food, next day, I got out of breath in shorter time as compared to that when I ate less spicy food. Also do some strength workout, specially for legs, if your legs don't have endurance enough. Do burpees daily, this is such a miraculous exercise, I have experienced. Me Paanch mahine se regular burpees krta hu, ab mera saas der se foolta hai. TH-cam par ek channel hai Jordan Yeoh fitness ke naam se, vo bahut achha channel hai. Usme levelwise workouts diye hain, me Paanch mahine se follow krra hu, bahut achhe results mile hain mujhe. Tum bhi try kro, apne level se start kro aur dheere dheere badhana. Me promotion nahi krta hu kisi channel ka, par ek bhaai smjh kar tumhe bata raha hu, check kr lena vo channel. Shyd in tips se kuch help milegi tumhe. All the best bhaai, ummeed krta hu tum successful ho jaao!!❤️
