- Space is always part of a work of art, sometimes in multiple ways. Follow along with the final installment of our Elements of Art series as we dive deep into the complex role that Space plays in the visual arts. Using site specific art as a starting point, we highlight the specifc techniques that artists use to control and manipulate Space in their work.

This series of videos is FANTASTIC! I have always given my High School and Middle School students the Crystal videos on the Elements and Principles and frankly they are boring and the kids cannot relate. The artwork used in these videos is modern, fun, and interesting to the students. There was a lot of "whoa's" and "how cool!" comments from my Middle Schoolers today. PLEASE make a series on the Principles of Design that match this set of videos!

Love these videos in the Elements of Art. They are clear and contemporary. The music is just right to calm the mind and allows the students to focus on the content. Bravo!
As someone with next to no spatial awareness I tried to learn to draw for years only to learn I can't learn to draw thanks to not being able to see form and space people with good spatial awareness should be very thankful.
Great video! I'm going to use this in a lesson tomorrow.
You really need to include credits for each artwork you show - at least name the artist, so students can look them up.
