  • ‼️SUPRASPINATUS STRENGTHENING⬇️‼️
    Objective: Reinforce Strength and Stability through ISO-Metric Contraction work to build better durability of the shoulder and specifically the Supraspinatus✅
    ▫️The Supraspinatus is one of the 4 muscles that makes up the rotator cuff and is the muscle that is commonly injured with any overhead throwing athletes❌🤕
    ▫️It’s one thing to train light weight and band work when rehabbing for a Supraspinatus sprain but it’s another thing to load it to develop better strength and stability💪🏼
    ▫️Injuries happen because of one’s inability to resist the force that’s being applied with any voluntary movement aka throwing a baseball, so we have to ask the WHY question… ➡️ WHY was the Supraspinatus more vulnerable to an injury so also looking more globally around the shoulder and strengthening other movements that control the overhead motion of the throwing arm is key!!🔑
