  • Let me know if there is a place you would like to see or listen to in the comments below :)
Please note; it is not wise to explore The Giant Stairway unless you are prepared to climb (emphasis on climb) back up.
Echo Point Lookout to Lady Game Lookout is an easy grade, 6 minute walk, (depending on your pace) where you will overlook the Three Sisters.
From Lady Game Lookout to Honeymoon Bridge, there are 120 steel and stone steps which lead you across the bridge to the first Sister, Meehni.
This is also easy grade and should take approximately 5 minutes. (Be mindful of walking back up)
Here, you will be able to get up close and touch the spectacular landmark.
From Honeymoon Bridge; "The Giant Stairway" track consists of 998 extremely steep, steel and stone steps leading down to the valley floor.
    This is hard grade.
Although this is a spectacular, breathtaking walk; if you are afraid of heights, it might be best to stick to the lookouts above, only.
I will upload a continued walk for further information! :)
Watch your way through this POV of the track or fall asleep to the sounds and enjoy!
    Thank you for watching!

Amazing scenery! I walkedl the giant stairway 32 year's ago, even if I have problems with heights! I'm now 63 year's old, maybe one day I will get the opportunity to visit Australia again!

That’s amazing! Was it much different 32 years ago?
It’s the most scenic sight on the edge of the mountains, like floating in the air! I love this spot in the Blue Mountains!

Not much has changed , incredible that I can recall almost every step on the Giant Stairway! I Walked down the great stairway , continued the trail to the old mining area at the steep railway. It seems that they nowdays have more information signs, along the trails, and they have a new train on the steep line.@@emswalksandadventures522

Thanks! It is truly stunning! But so tiring climbing back up haha. The heights are definitely insane and right on cliff edge!
I have to do a continued one soon after getting to the bottom.

That’s awesome! It’s an absolute breath taker. The walk in the valley is perfect, I have to return to film it into the valley and beyond.
      Thanks mate!

Wouldn't want to walk back up those staircase. Does this whole circuit connect back to where you started ?

The only way back to where you started, is to take the scenic world train (which is a 45min-1hour further walk after you reach the bottom of the stairs) which costs between $30-$50 depending on your ticket and you must catch the last train by 4:30pm or else you will have to climb straight back up the same way you came down the stairs.
From scenic world, you merely walk a few blocks back to The Three Sisters, where you started.
I would only suggest this walk for fit persons with good legs and knees and definitely not for children.
