I watch a lot of 3rd strike American tournaments and they always play the same top tier characters. The consequence is that they end up being ill prepared for less popular characters. They simply don't know how to deal with them.
@@paletapayasofan nowadays necro and ibuki is seen as high ish tier depending who you ask. the meta adaptation is crazy. i main necro. he has some cheap stuff. such as his infinite lp hook blockstring that you have to red parry to get out of. id say mid tier at lowest. Jwong even rates necro above oro,ibuki,ryu,elena,necro which is a pretty odd opinion but they all have diff opinions on list always. some of the best japanese players say elena is A tier.
