I use ForzaTune Pro as a baseline and then adjust from there based on how the car feels and my driving style. It's definitely worth it. The Pro version gives you Gear tuning , and sometimes it's off, but again a little adjustments, and you have a solid build that can be competitive against the meta cars. At least for me. Maybe it's the driver as well, lol. But great baseline start if you don't know where to begin. I co-sign the app.

I really like this app too. I use to set my springs the same way as you but over the past month or so I started setting the springs with 100% fuel. It has worked really well. I'm still learning how to fine tune the gears. Great video!
Yeah for tuning gears I put the final drive at 6.10 and then the last gear to .48 or so the top of the rev range is at the end of the graph. then normally have first gear around 1.5 and make sure when I shift it goes into the top of the power range.
Hook a mouse to your Xbox and you can get any number you want on there with that Mouse just grab it and slide it back and forth until you get your number
